Yeh, but it's odd as those were the timelines Hanno mentioned in previous interview. The big news of the day on NCCL for me was www.thenational.ae/business/economy/ge-and-two-banks-ink-financing-for-iraq-s-power-sector-1.795650 Moz far more stable than Iraq, but GE and its banking partners still investing. I have been v concerned about GE. Both the level of debt it has and the increasing cost of financing it is facing. It pulled out of a deal a week ago in Nigeria (again with AFC), but they said it was because it was non core GE business (railroad infrastructure). Now this Iraq power investment is publicised, I feel a little more confident that Culp isn't just switching off the funding tap just yet. He is trying to rapidly reduce their debt like by selling assets, but deals like this are the future growth of the power division. If there's going to be a turn around in Power, it's these deals that will drive it.
