MrWos, fair enough, kind of. What I don't understand in that case though is some of you talking it down so much as if there is no hope of any recovery. If you genuinely believe that why haven't you sold up to cut your losses?

Surely if you are still here, albeit disgruntled, you must have some hope/positivity left that it will recover?

Genuine question to the negs: if you are not invested here or shorting, why are you here?

Why are you wasting your life posting on a stock you have no interest in?

Are you:

- trying to get a lower entry point?

- bitter about this stock or another stock and hoping for others to lose money too?

- working as a paid basher?

- good samaritan trying to save investors (lol don't kid me)?

I genuinely don't understand people who waste time bashing a stock they are not invested in. I only post on stocks I am invested in and am positive about them, else I wouldn't be invested!

No worries LOTM I remember all the old hands on here, I was invested here last year but sold up in May to invest elsewhere. Now back bottom fishing mostly as a result of Zak’s video.

Completely agree no way would such a motion pass, powers to issue another 4b shares at 0.2p. That was a complete fantasy prediction by Lumaxs, he is slowly reversing from it now realising its not going to happen.

Lumaxs you could then get your £6m placing for 1b shares at around 0.6p

That’s a big extra condition, and there will be a very fair warning if it goes that way. First a EGM announcement, then the period for voting, then the EGM results RNS.

The point is there can be no sudden 4b share placing in the foreseeable future.

Fair enough 100% dilution would be pretty bad too, but would only raise £2m which seems pointless at this share price.

If my understanding is correct, its resolution 7 and seems to be saying that they can issue 100% more new shares, ie another 1 billion shares.

I think that answers Lomaxs’ question, no they can’t raise 4b new shares.

So if they need another £6m they better pump the share price first :)

LovableLomax yes but in April last year the share price was almost 10 times what it is now. Not sure what the mcap was.

I am genuinely asking how many new shares do they have the power to issue?

It should be in one if the motions voted for at the AGM but I can’t find it on their useless website. The RNS only lists the motions, all voted yes, but no details as to what they were.

That is some gigantic dilution prediction. There are only 1b shares in issue now and the MCAP is only £2.8m

Another 4b shares would mean a 80% dilution. Does the board even have the power to issue that many new shares?

Other considerations, if all these shares were issued to one institution, they would own 80% of the company, and would immediately have to put in an offer for the remaining 20% under AIM rules, for a single entity holding 30% or more shares.

Seems not palusable.

Because it seems LSE boars are full of bitter people, who should put things behind them and put their energy into the companies they are actually invested in.

Instead they like to hang around other chat boards of companies who are down or even ones who are doing well, and spread FUD and misery and bad wishes of failure to the shareholders there. Maybe in the hope that other people lose their money just as they did. Such a miserable existence.

HARL was an AIM company. And it had a history of bad management and tonnes of debt. Its ownership structure was way over 50% PI, around 50% PIs are now trying to launch a class action against what happened. The remaining PIs accepted their loss.

HARL was about to fail in November 2022 when it was awarded a part of the Fleet Solid Support (FSS) ships for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA). HARLs share was around £0.8b. That saved it briefly but it managed to enter other rubbish contracts before FSS started and run up even more debt, so the contract got taken away from it before they could even start and it collapsed.

It has always been a basket case AIM company and that is how it finished. There is absolutely no comparison with WG which is a world class company.

I completely agree with CppCoder. The JV whilst it may be a saviour for PREM, will reduce the upside significantly.

The JV won't take a share of Zulu in shares, but in equity. Leaving PREM with a smaller stake in Zulu but still the full 46.5b shares.

Considering the state PREM is in, I expect any JV partner will want at least 50% of Zulu. Therefore the upside for the share price is cut in half straight away.

It should still do a few bags from here, but 0.1p to 0.2p is a very realistic max range of where it could go this year.

Underperforming PPP contracts with NHS in part led to Carillions collapse. Last time I checked Wood work with very wealthy oil companies, very lucrative. Completely different to NHS. Its a totally false comparison.

Carillion is a very poor comparison to Wood. When it collapsed Carillion had 7b debt vs 5b contracts.

Wood has 0.6b debt vs 6b contracts plus a further 1.2b debt facility available if needed.

That is so far away from imminent collapse, to suggest it is a bit of a joke.

Putting in 4 ever increasing bids over more than 2 months, wasting millions, doesn't seem like window shopping.

Being rejected 4 times would put anyone off, but here they are all in a hurry for the 5th time.

I know this is going to be silly, what % is considerably? AI thinks Moderately is around 70%, and Considerably is around 50%.

Therefore the article is saying the offer should be around £1.15 ;p

Steward I have to confess my friend fed all the RNSs into a paid for AI. AI says Canmax can take 66% of Zulu on 1st April. Leaving PREM with only 34% and 46b shares in issue.

Steward it is because Canmax can take 70% of Zulu according to their agreement (not in shares). Leaving PREM with 30% of Zulu. Going by Canmax valuation of Zulu at $100m or £77m, 30% of that would roughly be an MCAP of £23m.

£23m/46b = 0.05p share price. Jag must have been generous that a producing Zulu would be worth 2 times Canmax's valuation, ie back at $200m
