AI says 99.4% owned by 125 institutions. I guess its hard to know because many of them are under the reporting threshold. Adding up the 8.3 forms I also get 40% but as I said these are only the reporting ones above the 1% threshold. So its definitely more than 40%

With almost 100% of shares owned by IIs the IIs cant fill their boots any more unless another II sells.

So whats left is shorters playing with a small float and small pool of PIs and the major holders sitting on their shares therefore unavailable to trade.

Sidara are in a more precarious position than it appears. If WG really are facing admin as some here like to trumpet, then Sidara better not mess around too much. If it does go to admin then most likely SNP will pick it up for nothing to save jobs and Sidara won’t get it.

I think quite the opposite. The time to get out close to 35p will be on the day before suspension, as exiting shorts spike the share price, plus those who fear of missing out on any deals done in suspension try to get in. Seen it on many other stocks.

Pointless. Institutions hold probably close to 100% if you don't subtract those with short positions from their long positions. It is fully in IIs hands.

I agree. Many times I have seen a share rocket up just before suspension especially if theres a chance of money to be made. Or shorts to lose money.

That 44p from a few weeks ago looks really good right now.

The relationship between the BOD and IIs is likely really bad now, having blindsided them many times since last years rejected offers saying we are valued much higher.

To save their jobs and get some nice tax free UAE pay or higher bonuses. Without Sidara the IIs will eat them alive.

The likes of Blackrock etc, they must have a lot if contacts out there. Wouldn’t surprise me if they find someone so Sidara can crawl away with their pathetic offer.
