In an unregulated market.... Pi’s are just pawns at their mercy, but one things for sure I won’t make the mistakes of past and fall victim to the pump/dump crews who sadly plague the boards, only invest what you willing to lose, I’ve been locked into far too many shares to have finally learnt this lesson.

Jace86.... my thoughts exactly, forecasted growth for the next 10 years is what people here are banging on about, I was tempted to trade this yesterday but the spread shot up, I think this is a trading share right now as SP is overpriced, eventually added value will come into effect however in the short term it is IMO overpriced, the rise was overdone

Lurker.... everything you ever post is assumption, unlike you, my assertion is based on how markets work, if MC goes up then so too would SP (true story), if you’re implying that the Co would not be in receipt of circa £50m then I would have to correct myself, podcast did say between £50-60m so SP would be even higher. On another topic, why don’t you go do one, your like a parasite plaguing this board with your pessimism.

Well if the RNS states historic costs reimbursed at lets say circa £60m.... that’s 3 times the current MC so circa 20p on that alone. The JDA will no doubt create further added value and create a platform going forward.

I’ve said it before i’ll say it again, MC is grossly undervalued and should not be at these levels, SP is not reflective of where this company is heading.

SP should have never reached these levels, so this rise doesn’t phase me as it doesn’t even put us close to where we were a few months back. We should be trading near the 8-10p range, this is a steal at this price!

Mr.100k seller is the MMs, otherwise we would have had a TR1 notification, they do this to suppress the SP so they gain on any material/sustained rise, they basically trade on the open market between each other. On the plus side, I notice we’re up 7% on absolutely no news, chances are it’s a leak and we get an RNS tmw morning

I know that option is not in the best interest of shareholders but I’m just trying to understand what and where this all means for shareholders

would Fujax be out the picture if the company remained delisted? I mean would it not be in their best interest (financially) if the cRA went belly up and sold for £1 to them rather then them being obligated to sort backdated costa?

Great RNS, looking forward to the JDA RNS now which should be imminent. SP should not be at these levels though, sure it’ll rally next week though. Looking forward to listening to the podcast later (please share links when it’s out). ;)

Similarly I got suckered in here, experience has taught me that Bod always cover their arses, investors are always left high and dry. GL on the next one all, I think there is a valuable lesson to take away from all this, and feel free to boycott the directors others companies by passing the message on, AIM investors are fickle when it comes to historic research on Bod

Cradle Arc announces that, further to its announcement of 20 December 2018, a report regarding the financial position of Leboam Holdings (Proprietary) Ltd ("Leboam"), prepared by the Provisional Judicial Manager, was yesterday presented at a meeting of the creditors of Leboam, recommending that Leboam enters full judicial management, with the final decision expected to be made by the Botswana High Court on Thursday 28 February 2019. Should Leboam enter into full judicial management, the Judicial Manager would aim to restructure Leboam's balance sheet and seek to preserve value for Leboam's various stakeholders. Accordingly, Strand Hanson Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect. Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled. The Company has no current intention to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser.

Also... I think people are blind sighted by this ‘timeline’.... long and short of it the company is in discussion with one of the biggest companies out there! One which can and has delivered projects of this magnitude. Also, anyone who sells on no news is a fool in my opinion, MM’s and their market psychology to envoke mass sell-off is on clear display.
