Can someone repost the RNS setting out the key milestones timetable, the one which highlights executables at set SP? I’m having difficulty finding it.

What have I missed? Why we 6% down on no sales/news? Are those pesky MM’s playing their games again?

I agree to an extent, you have to factor in the terms set out within the AGM with regards to shareholders agreeing the final accounts and that already set out the loan restructuring. Also I think agreement to the resolutions in the AGM are necessary to concrete the loan restructure with awaiting clearance.

Slowbutsure.... only a fool would want to hear info about a company they are invested in from a chat forum/individual and act on it, similarly by your example that would cause a mass sell-off, what Gods was doing was indiscreetly advising Pi’s to sell based on no documented substance. I agree with what you say about balanced discussion but not direction, fear-mongering is a strategy for those with alterior motives. FYI I have not reported the guy, I simply responded to him and you, his comments obviously triggered a violation of the cut forum terms.

Slowbutshore..... I am afraid not, by example this shows alternative motive, what is he our guardian angel? He needs grow up and stop trying to pull the wool over people eyes with his speculative standpoint, and shame on you for trying to justify his baseless comments (down to low 6’s). As an investor and part day trader I have never continued to post comments on stocks I hold no vested interest in, it would be morally wrong of me to advise/mislead and potentially cost other Pi’s money, like I said each to their own.

Gods.... if I’m not mistaken, the VI had almost halved over the past two weeks, support shown at both 5.8 and 5.9, if it does go down to low 6’s as you ‘speculate’ (on no news) then it’ll be up in the 7’s within a couple of days after as 20DMA show but this always builds on run-up to anticipated news. I think it’s poor form of you to divulge that you are ‘not invested’ and yet deramp a stock you were invested in only a couple of days ago, each to their own I guess. GL all genuine (honest) holders

TTP..... exactly, this is NOT a rise, should never have dropped to these levels, I consider anything above past resistance of 10p as a rise, that ridiculous retrace was uncalled for (mates rates), I’m expecting 12-15p as a starting point on first tranche of news. Upwards and onwards!

Olderandwiser.... yes of course, and at the end of every RNS it states that no deal or informative related is a certainty, but that’s just AIM, I don’t see what you’re getting at here by pointing that out?

You guys do all realise in the interims it states anticipated by end of Oct right?

Olderandwiser... from my understanding given past RNS’s, their percentage, alongside any discretionary payments and recovery of historic costs and/or fund raise would allow them to play a bigger picture than you think. Hanno has made mention of this in several of his Vox interviews, perhaps listen in on the penultimate one.
