Like I said before.... I’d prefer he kept his trap shut on matters he has no control over. Chances are we won’t get the approvals before month end but most likely closer to end March (Q1) timeline aligned with JDA in one RNS. I also think this ‘missed’ timeline has been factored into the SP as it’s been stagnant where it should be in the 7’s, if it does fall on ‘no news’ it’ll be straight back up and hopefully rallying. 29th May 2018 RNS stated that: ‘’2,790,779 options vest on the first draw down of capital from a new strategic partner into the Ncondezi Power Project and are exercisable at a price of 7.5 pence per share;’’ Guess this answers Johns earlier question as to who funds historic costs, question is when will this take effect (it’s top on the agenda as far as timeline of works is concerned) but what material impact would it have in the SP?

So once JDA is signed..... would that automatically trigger a rerate or is it still early days, or would it be dependent on historic funds gathered to up the companies purse to warrant a rerate?

If I’m not mistaken... Previous strategic partners that Bod dropped had JDA in place but subject to conditions and one of those conditions were Gov approvals, I am assuming the JDA could still be signed regardless of Gov sign-offs (conditional alike before?).... appreciate that this is not a resolute as it delays the inevitable

I think someone else more in the know over historic costs would have to cover this topic as I’m second guessing here.... anyone care to shed some light on this matter?

Correct me if I’m wrong here but my understanding is that those historic costs are recovered from the strategic partners and not the government, assuming that this is an entry price paid for works carried out to date which would have inevitably been required regardless. Personally i think the Bod should stop burdening themselves with timelines like this as they have no control over it and such statements make them appear accountable for delays, it only fuels day traders and volatility in the SP in anticipation of news. I’m sure we’re not too far away from news, and anyone who sells on timeline approval is a fool in my opinion as that milestone paves the path for JDA sign-off which legally bounds all parties.

What are the historic costs owed and when do they get released? Circa £10m if I recall and was it on JDA?

MM’s definitely keeping the SP down and here we have a clasic example of manipulation, smokescreening buys as sells so when the inevitable news is released they can control its rise to re-purchable levels to suit their agenda. Price we pay for an unregulated market, on the plus side.... there’s not many shares on free float so something has to give.

Kibo operations/prospects in Mozambique still look ripe though, perhaps it’s the competitive nature of this sector which had kicked one of their prospects to the sidelines. No doubt had their Mozambique venture been declined it would have had a material (positive) impact on our SP given reduced list of suppliers.

TTP... Sadly no, it was on CNN, literally like a 15min summary on the channel covering world economy. Nothing we didn’t already know but there was more emphasis on role of public participation with such economies and their willingness to participate and encouragement by government.

CNN last night did a 15min piece on Mozambique gov and increasing relations with Chinese and international investors in the o/g and mining industry, why there’s a strong demand/need to vamp up such operations in the region, with added emphasis on the benefits of job creation bought on through these types of pragmatic cross-collaboration ventures. Very enlightening to hear.

Common sense is to read and act on material RNS’s, stupidity is listening to speculative views of a poster on a chat forum and acting, your comments fall into the later, and you try justifying your behaviour by way of ‘reasoned discussion’.... pull the other one

I really don’t have the time or energy to debate with you, all I will say however is that you clearly stated you ‘sold out’, hence you hold zero shares in this company, hence your motives are questionable, go away and come back once you have a vested interested, right now your credibility is shot. Yes and we come to accept that and now awaiting end of Jan update, if I’m not mistaken there are a series of milestones which are forward sold for Q1 which in my opinion have been fastracked also. And why dwell on the past? move on and learn to accept the new timeline, I’m in no hurry.... Build and operation of the facility is years away unless you plan to sell out before (then more fool you).

You have to take some of the comments on here with a pinch of salt, whilst I’m invested here and my views slanted bias towards, I nonetheless have no hidden agenda. Shame on those who have sprung up and started mocking Pi’s of their misfortune, FFS have a little decorum. It is not game over, it’s only temporary suspension, we still have game to play for, I’m optimistic of a positive resolve, just here to warn Pi’s not to fall victim to this ‘beat-raid’ tactic as those on the sidelines are itching for cheap entry should it be ready for trade again, just be cautious of the wolves in sheep’s clothing is all.

Following 01.11.2018 RNS, I wonder what James Turnbull could bring to this situation or whether or not events at his influence. Wouw stated: ‘’We firmly believe that James will provide valuable assistance with the Company's future development, particularly as we undertake and complete the current remedial actions at the processing plant and focus on commercial growth’’

Is it me or are people forgetting warrants could be executed at 7.5 or 10 at any given moment?
