RNS states: ‘’Updated timetable for key milestones including the power tariff sign off, Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") negotiations, Financial Close ("FC") and the date of first power on the grid expected to be agreed during the Workshop.’’ Certain aspects which were never up for discussion so early on now are, they are ironing out the details, this to me is a show of how advanced they are and can be when next RNS lands. Like I mentioned yesterday, it’s forward planning and this is exactly what EDM and MIREME seek with the workshops which they will be getting in the next 2 weeks. It’s also good to learn that the 10 year strategy paper by EDM tallies with the projects delivery timetable as expressed in the RNS, this shows the FM is in line with expectations and can be shortfall without further revisions.

Some very good and valid points raised there Laxey. I guess the key question here is the bod, have they themselves ever let shareholders down by their own actions? The answer is no, the SEP deal was out of their control nevertheless they done well to drop and find other alternative partners. I have found their decisions/efforts to be competent and trustworthy, delievering on set milestones and keeping us well informed in the process, I was however only ever once annoyed by their decision to do a placing a few months back, but at second glance can appreciate why that decision was made, namely forward thinking to position the balance sheet to negotiated better terms under the loan restructure. There is a much bigger and long term picture here that many lose sight of, I am happy to hold till 2022 to watch this transpire to a momouth company, however something tells me a buy-out will happen way before that. Be patient and have trust in your own research, after all, the writings clear as can be in black and white.

@CF73.... the reason they cannot publish tariff rates is stated in RNS 11.06.2018 which states: ‘’The specific tariff rate and target returns in the updated FM are commercially sensitive and still to be negotiated with EDM. ’’ The key word here being ‘commercially sensitive’

For the sceptic out there questioning whether or not ‘in principle tariff approval’ will pull through or not it is worthwhile noting RNS dated 11.06.2018 which in part states: ‘’The Company originally agreed a tariff envelope in September 2014, but this since lapsed and needs to be renegotiated.’’ ‘’Positive results from FM indicating Project economics can be maintained with a more than 10%* reduction in the previously agreed tariff envelope.’’ ‘’the new proposed tariff envelope puts the Company in a strong commercial negotiating position to progress the Project and receive the targeted support from MIREME and EDM.’’

RNS dated 29.05.18 highlights some of the share options grants which are also some key milestones/deliverables, these include: · execution of binding documentation with a new strategic partner; · first draw down of capital from a new strategic partner into NCCL; · restructuring or settling of the Shareholder Loan; · Ncondezi reaching an agreed form Power Purchase Agreement and Power Concession Agreement; However, at any point could there be a surprise such as ‘buy-out’!!!

It has for some time been the bods priority to focus all efforts in concluding JDA as a priority as past RNS’s stated. The decision to submit and hold meetings for tariff approvals has come as a result of a speedy due dilligence, i envisaged this to happen later on between JDA and Financial Close (given the time gap), so it did come as a surprise that they were moving so fast on this

No, this is a misconception, the JDA is not dependent on tariff approval, seemingly alike the SEP deal, JDA was signed but did have some ‘get-out/termination’ clauses attached to it which will no doubt be the same case here. Tariff approval may take a month, two, three or maybe four, this is an element out of our and our partners control and has never been envisaged to delay the JDA signing for end July. The JDA signing will go ahead but the terms will be revised to reflect the necessity to by some point obtain tariff approvals.

We have imminent news on tariff approval, followed by JDA (end of the month) which is NOT dependent of tariff approval as previously been the case for SEP (for those that fear so, so get off the sidelines!) and loan restructure to be arranged anytime between now till Sep. News on any of the above can only be viewed as a positive as it’s progression and will push the SP higher, baring in mind the short spell/interval between each milestone it may be difficult to get back in if you’re considering on selling to trade here, you may be locked out! Finacial Close is where shareholder value gets unlocked, just be patient and you will be rewarded.

Lurker... my posts from this morning have also all been deleted, I too can make that argument that if my posts were deliberately deleted it (as you put it) is ‘a pathetic attempt at preventing informed knowledge being available to the board’, our only difference is that I am optimistic as oppose to your pessimism. Lastly, I wouldn’t go as far as saying misleading comments on this board to be regarded as ‘‘illegal’.... this is a discussion board after all and everyone is entitled to their opinions, to then advise that posters should and could contemplate financial gratification through civil proceedings on such basis is ludricous and unheard of as there is no such legal basis. If your advice on trading shares is anything like your legal advice, I would strongly suggest all readers of this board disregard your comments on the grounds that you talk out of your a*se.
