Yes you’re right, it all makes perfect sense now, I completely forgot about that placing, 15m oversubscribed shares on 23.10.2017 aligned with 1.5m warrants to Novum Securities Ltd (at an exercise price of 5 pence over two years) so it could be a combination of various parties. I wonder how many have been offloaded since? once these have gone I’d assume SP would be lifted exponentially! :)

I appreciate all that but that still don’t answer why no TR1 notification has been received, is this brokers selling and buying?

7.3 both £18k were sells, the 7.5 @ £37k was a buy but this is not what I’m talking about, historically we have always had a 250k stock seller almost everyday for the past couple of months

Who is this 250k seller, they been hounding this stock for well over a couple of months now, surely with those types of continuous sells it would have triggered a TR1 notification? Thoughts?

CF.... doesn’t really matter, look at that spread (circa 10% at .70).... just goes to show MMs will make you pay for it if you’re contemplating on day-trading this.

I’ve just re-read the last RNS, states JDA could be delivered anywhere between end of April till end July. I think it may be premature to pin our hopes on completion being a couple of weeks time. Apart from the Vox podcast is there anything else that suggests earlier completion or updates? I think we should be due one but then again I’m not on the BOD

Seeming a how most here anticipated an unscheduled RNS for 28th Feb which never happened, can anyone highlight any dates by which there are deadlines for?

As illegal and dishonest as it may sound, it is NOT uncommon practice for CEO/BOD of AIM listed companies to purposely underperform their company to devalue MC, allowing them to increase their holdings at a discounted price, seen this many a times before, and in some instances they even step aside to allow new CEO’s to take over. This is the flaw of trading in an unregulated market.

Only a matter of weeks now before Q1 is filed and we get a glimpse of the cost savings achieved here, and whether or not we’re on track to previously forecasted ‘break-even’, with the recent contract I’d assume the phrase ‘mission accomplished’ can be said. Listening to the Vox podcast, he stated the 28th Feb deadline but also mentioned that ‘a couple of weeks delay here or there may be inevitable’. I can’t fault them, they have a lot of data to compile and I envisage they’re working overtime to prepare the best feasible outcome for both them and shareholders. I’d like to hope they’re kind enough to grace us with a 7am RNS, as the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm.

I think the previous contract with EA had something like 2 years remaining on it generating circa 200k after the intial bulk of costs were done in year one, so this is massive uplift. EA have shown continued commitment with Strat through this contract and hopefully more to come.

Matt... it should be your stock of ‘most promise’ given that the company has recently had a transformational change with its members to position more stronger leadership to advance its presence in its sector and improve its financial accounts, it is the microeconomic aspect that should drive you here not the macroeconomic, highly doubt any of us will live long enough to see what you envisage, unless of course some pharmaceutical company reveals a life long expectancy pill then I may start investing in that stock, get what I’m saying, let’s keep the posts sensible bud.
