I would say that this in all likelihood was a Buy. Market Makers most likely accumulated for a buyer and then it printed delayed. Reality is however that sellers were available at that level to secure the stock. The big buyers most likely didn't get all their stock - this was facilitated later in the day when the RNS came out. (at what point does the exchange request a comment from the company re the price movement)Most likely a move by the Market Makers pushing for a statement given how quick they were to drop the price, secure the big trade and move it up very sharpish again The move in the morning will be strong as the reality is kicking in. This is a growing viable business that is being hamstrung by the price of zinc and a strong dollar. The Koreans would probably love to get the 90% stake however there will be plenty of others who see the potential in the share price appreciation as zinc recovers who will very happily take up a placing around the 5p level. With $1m coming through the doors a month and the prospects for positive movement in zinc next year the investment case looks good. This is definitely worth an investment before the placing at higher levels is announced. Any placement around 5p will be a near 200% uplift from here Good Luck in the morning everyone

This year has been a bad year for commodities. It will be interesting to see the rally across the board in commodity spot prices when the Dollar weakens this year. Those picking up these shares in the placing will be fully aware of the opportunity Hold on tight for the ride
