I would happily take 30p. I am here as a momentum trader - not to often I go down this road normally buy hold take original and let the profit run but as you say the future is anyone guess once he get the percentage he is aiming for. Until then I will view this as a short squeeze and sit tight

He could have made an offer earlier but the likelihood of shareholders voting for it would have been low. As such he is using the companies Articles to build as big a stake as he can within pre-defined date ranges to get as much control as he possibly can. Once we hit April, the offer will come shortly as he will not be able to control the price movement. Why anyone other than for necessity wants to sell sub-30p is beyond me. I wish I had off picked up in this earlier. Those who criticise others for highlighting shares need a wake up call. Anderson will buy whatever he cant get his hands on. As the free-float narrows the speed of the rise will pick up

In a takeover will have to be well above 30p. On that basis I am sure he will do what he needs to to get as much as he physically can before deadline day No brainer to hold

In the knowledge that their is an aggressive buyer in the market who is under a time constraint, why would anyone sell over the next few weeks. Logic dictates that he is soaking up the free-float that PI investors sell to him. If we look at the time constraints and push to get the shares then this will be a one way move Hang tight

Labro can by a further 6mil shares before having to make an offer. Six months from the 1st October to get it done I month to go so the pressure is on to pick up the balance. Hence why the price is rising and why it will Rise sharply until they get the shares they need This could hit 30p tomorrow if the herd pick up on his intentions

I have tentatively bought in. Hopefully i can build on this stake without having to pay up. Daisan you are spot on with the concept of making it more difficult for Labro. Surely the free-float is reducing significantly. As such the share price will rise at a higher velocity on volume. To me this looks like an attempt to take the company private again or at the very least instil a level of confidence back in the share price. He sees value where others can't (follow the insiders money) Fair play to you if you got in sub 10p

first timer to this board - Am I missing something or has the market not realised that Mr Anderson has hit the payload and is doing his best to take the company over as quietly as possible?
