Just looking through the RNS list for the past year. On average the company has communicated with its investors every month (except last October) So far this year their has been no October RNS. Is one lined up for next week same as last year. Volume rising so lets hope so

Very interesting development potential here, sufficient cash and partner collaboration opportunities are massive. The sharp rise in short term volumes is indicative that something has potentially leaked out and that news wont be to far away. If the news is in relation to a collaboration with one of the big boys who have accepted the platform and the previous uncertainties or even a hint that an exclusive agreement with one of them subject to criteria being met, then the future will be very palatable Good luck everyone. Its only a matter of time before volume watchers get the signals

look on the bright side - no point in paying for a broker if they have agreed the sale of the remaining 10% and plan to either return the capital to shareholders and wind the company up or create a cash shell to allow a reverse takeover. At least we will get around 1.5p

I am still buying a few here - I think the 10% stake gives us a lever to do something new with the intellectual technology

There may be a background agreement to remove the debt around Korea - get 10% debt free for cash flow purposes - before getting Thailand up and running. If an off take agreement can be put in place to facilitate the deal then all of a sudden things could become clearer for the strategy. The Joint Venture could involve the Chinese and could be fully funded with our knowhow and their MOU paving the way for the future. At least we know the companies current valuation is below book so the floor has been put in Early 2016 announcement to tie up loose ends?

Land will get us £0.5m after costs Cash at hand £0.24m 10% stake worth £4 million at face value. If we get a minimum of £3m for this stake then we are looking at total value of £3.75m More than double the value of todays market cap. Once again Joint ventures utilising our technology knowledge may be the way forward. There certainly is a double opportunity from here at least Good luck.

Realistically however when the Koreans come knocking for their 10% I would say that our directors will look at the future and sell at s slight discount c $6m to get cash in hand to start over again With the know his and cash to spend (also lessons learned) the cash shell should be an attractive proposition
