The exchange values the keg plant at a minimum of $70 million No doubt the 10% remaking stake equates to the intellectual property rights of Zox Selling those rights to other joint ventures could be very profitable going forward with little capital outlay Interesting strategy

In fairness anyone with an ounce of investment knowledge and ability to value assets would realise that the company pulled a very good stroke with this RNS The knowledge learned from two successful ventures in zinc recycling coupled with their proprietary cost saving technology will only serve to enhance their next operation.
