You are spot on with your assumption. The initial structured Eti offer is for the e252 as of the 4th January 2017. The facility is in place backed by the assets of the company. As the company grows so too does the value of the eti that investors are prepared to take up. With a market cap of 2m the maximum the company could raise is 2m at this point As the mcap rises so will the amount the eti can raise up to 252m. This gives the company an opportunity to structure finance in one go rather than multiple hits That's my thoughts.

I took a small position yesterday at these levels Graham. It is potentially a punt on the Bond getting away. The dilution of the last few years hasn't affected me so I am coming in fresh. I am hoping the fact that Gunn keeps buying into the placings to defend his % holding is an indicator that there is something of substance in the background - otherwise he would happy to let the percentage slide. With such a small mcap and large inside holding I am happy to take a small position. Looking at taking a position back into CPX again soon. If it tracks back (undeservedly) to 6p I am going to start building a big stake again.

I think potentially the pendulum has finally swung to investor returns rather than retracement. The fact that they are privately seeking a 2m bond issue may be the catalyst to drive the business to the next level Could get interesting

Paid a we bit more than had wanted too, however I am taking a punt. The market cap of this company is £2m. Movements in the SP over the past 2 days could simply be traders (Pump and dumpers) However it could also quite easily be the beginnings of something a bit more substantial. Many have lost in this in the past. Fortunately I am not one of them and just maybe now is the time to get in with the dilution and the potential Bond issuance. Either way I am happy to let the money sit and see how it goes. Good luck with your investment. With over 40% of the company still held by the company shareholders I feel that they will be working towards an outcome for all shareholders.

Haven't bought in yet but as a potential punt this is now at attractive levels Director buying at various levels above here and if the bond is picked up value to be had Greedy looking for 21p?
