The valuation was the 25/06/2025 and current for that date. The NOMAD had full knowledge of the situation at HE1 and Galactica Project at that point and will have sight of the proposed actions to be discussed at the OGM. They still maintained a 'buy' rating with a valuation at 3.7p in the financial year 2025-2026.

Ashley Kelty analyst at PMUR (also NOMAD co.) stated on the 25.06.25 that the value of Galactica to HE1 is:

'Galactica Pegasus is 1.1p (risked)'

plus we have the value of Itumbula.

Taking Itumbula out of the equation we are trading significantly under the value of Galactica alone. This is not rocket science.

We own 50%, that is a fact.

The BNL RNS states there is opportunity for 20-30 wells in that project. It is called expansion. Do we want to stagnate at 50% of 7 wells OR are we going to take up the opportunity top have a bite out of the profits for the further 20-30 wells?

I would suggest people ask questions at the OGM (hope to see you there Blubay) instead of wild speculation here which can be misleading at best.

Blubay, we have the chance to drill another 20-30 wells there, please do not post misleading content. If you do not like the company or their actions sell up and move on. Don't turn into a Troll.

What has the greater risk?

a. make 20% if converted at 0.70 GBX = 0.14 GBX (x10m = 1.4m)

b. make 20% if converted at 3 GBX = 0.6 GBX (x10m = 6M)

Converting at 0.7 GBX and hoping for a rise knowing that you have materially affected the PI confidence and if paid in shares damaged your own chance of making a significant gain.
