I will not be selling my cheap shares for a 10 or 20% profit, not when we have a potential 6 x profit at the retail offer price if the analyst price of 3.7 on the 25/06/25 is anywhere near the mark.

Add to that the Institutional investors will be getting 12% interest on their 10 mill so will not be interested in an early request for settlement of the CLN, be that cash or shares.

Will we see a reverse split in the next few months?

The Retail Offer is going to be oversubscribed so I think many will buy at todays prices...

Why take a risk of a small pro-rata allocation when you can get a value price for as many as you want today?

It was a short affair and 'officially' no insight was given into Galactica apart from the project was a growing opportunity for HE1 and production there Q4 2025 with cashflow Q1 2026, CO2 coming online in phase 2.

My 'opinion' (coughs) is that we will be increasing our involvement for the next 20-30 wells and the money for Galactica is to achieve that.

Interesting that Trent was the first person to like the Linkedin post...(within seconds of it being posted).

Interest is a standard part of the CLN structure. A bit like stamp duty when you buy FSTE100 shares. We will find out what rate and detailed T&C at the OGM. I have already lodged the question.

You do realise that there is interest to be paid on the CLN and so the Institutional Investor will have no interest in a quick conversion. Just sit tight, all good things come to those who wait…
