The PMUR analyst who is also the NOMAD for HE1 and has seen the books stated in a note on the 25/06/35 that HE1 was a 'Buy' with a target price 3.7p (timescale March 2026). The Institutional Investors have a better insight than us as well and are willing to offer 10m. Happy to hold here for the considerable future. In fact I have purchased several more shares today to add to my core holding and a few to short term trade.

The crucial time for any buyout would be post EPS at which point the SP should be 2-3 times at least what it is now.

My view is that the 10m is funding to prove up the flow rates for He in water in order to facilitate JV or financing for the larger project and that the same 3 II will be concerned in that.

It is simple business that II invest in companies they think they can make money from. Clearly their view is a significant uplift in share price, otherwise they would not have made the agreement.

Just to clear up any misinformation posted here last night and earlier today. The vote shareholders have at the OGM on the 5th of August 2025 is:

In simple terms the vote is in relation ti the Institutional Investor agreement and the 1M Retail offer'.

There is no authorisation for any issue of shares outside of this one question and so the resolution at the AGM that the BoD could not issue shares without shareholder authority remains and is not a subject of this OGM, anyone who suggests we will be giving them authority to issue any amount of shares outside of this II agreement and Retail Offer is lying to you.

Out of interest, once you have purchased some shares will you be a LTH? If so what is your sell price and over what time period?

This is my take on these for some newer users of this info.

Keep an eye on the BID and the ASK, if they are lowering the ASK and raising the BID it could be a sign that they want to top up their held shares to be in line with their set risk reward profile and vice versa.

The timings of the MM updates and frequency can be interesting and may indicate a few things, such as have they turned their algorithm off and are manually managing their RR profile, appetite for trading that day, whether they want to buy or sell.

Many Trolls will focus on the BID and post that it has dropped and we are going to hell in a hand basket. This is not the case. Look at what the ASK is doing, is it a case of they have changed the BID and maintained the ASK for example? That could be a sign of a few things such as their RR profile requires adjustment, they simply want to attract selling (or buying) with a. more attractive offer than their competitors, they have a large order they need to fill.

how many trades are there in comparison to the volume? Is the volume above or below average? Are the MM behaving differently from yesterday or last week?

With Time and Sales, are there lots of little orders bunched, if so that could be smaller trades being bunched from smaller platforms and may temporarily skew the actual direction of travel.

Are there large orders in the MID price? A good sign BTW.

What is the frequency of orders, it it tailing off, remaining constant etc.

If you are trading minute to minute info is useful. I trade this share at times of news but have a large core holding for the long term. I find that to be the most profitable way to deal with this share. I use platforms such as this to get up to date links and points of view I might not have thought of. Sentiment is useful and prompt news updates are essential for trading.

Keep an eye on VWAP and TWAP, these are your friends, Know what the 200 day and 50 day MA are and where we stand in relation to those.

Blubay, whilst I accept you have your concerns and sold some shares recently, I would ask that you stop this incessant negativity and twisting of facts and comments to suit your narrative.

So you do not like HE1 at the moment, your choice. We do not need to hear you repeat it ad nauseam all day, every day.

Calm down, this is just a symptom of MM loading up on shares in weak hands. They will sell these on for a profit because people are willing to buy them.

You can tell who the gamblers are today!

That said, there is a compelling argument for buying BNL as we expect the motion for II investment to be passed at the GM which has fantastic connotations for BNL whichever way HE1 play it.

Time and Sales data shws those trades as from the same broker, I suspect they are just processing orders placed pre-market and hence the same time code.

What is interesting is we have 53 trades already today which is much better than some other days at this point recently.

Whilst the figures might change further to the upside when using artificial lift I do not think that is the thrust of the pursuance of that line of enquiry. I got the impression it was about solidifying understanding of how the flow He in water varies and to what extent that is stabilised by the use of an ESP. Once that is understood I fully expect the 3 Institutional Investors will increase their financing.
