'Phased development plan

Helium One is proposing development of the Itumbula discovery in phases, with initial 5 development wells being brought on to production using an Early Production System (EPS). The next phase of 15 wells will ramp up productionmaterially through a Central Processing Facility (CPF), with a further 46 wells

required for the full field development.

The EPS is conceptually similar to the full development, but with lower initial capex outlay. Production wells will be tied back to the EPS, where produced fluids will be processed into sales helium for export, and wastewater for disposal, with waste gases vented on site. The EPS is assumed to operate for six months before the full development project is commenced.'

It will rise over the next period even if investors only consider that the company is now 11m GBP richer and can now progress the 5 wells in Rukwa and obtain the vital ESP results that Institutional Investors want before piling in.

I got Circa 50% of what I asked for. I used several platforms and asked for more than I wanted so it has worked out very well for me. I managed to get 100% of what I wanted in the end by requesting a larger amount. Usually you can get as little as 10% so this was a good deal...

That said it could go 100% (1.08) GBX in a shot on good news which has happened several times in this share over recent times.

Say I got 1000 shares in the WRAP at 0.54 GBX. I could sell that amount right now and make a little profit at 0.64 GBX.

It is short sighted but to some people it presents a minimum risk approach. I would rather make 50%+ and I can see that happening over the next few months.

187 million is not a 'dilution' any serious investor would be concerned about. Get a grip Marky, do you think drills turn on fresh air?

We all got the RNS and therefore we all had a choice to apply. The fact your broker did not offer you the chance to participate is a matter between you and your Broker. If they have failed you then perhaps use a different broker? In my experience you get what you pay for when it comes to brokers.
