I disagree HUR have rns'd when a flare has been seen in the past, albeit reluctantly, so they have now learnt their lesson. Better to be proactive than reactive.

P/E 's are forward looking at potential! Many an IPO or IT stock has little or no income to support its sp (Netflix has a P/E of 90) and people still buy/hold the stock because they see where it is going not where it has been.
Sure solid historical income/profit figures would put a base on the price, thats all, it would not reflect the potential.
A zero growth stock with a solid profit might have a P/E of 10.
A high potential growth with a good usp might have a P/E of 20+.
Still early days for Zoetic though.

I would expect a P/E of greater than 20-50 for a CBD stock!
After all Charlottes Web is on a P/E of 110 still, that is after they have taken a 50% tanking.

However given the lead time to book a rig for drilling GLA, then this decision has to be made early 2020. I cannot quite see all the stars aligning for that right now though.
The alternative is a farm in for 50% into GLA to get a free carry on the new GLA drill programme, AND then they can also buy back the CB's in 2020!?

Do you expect the US and UK sp’s to track each other? Be essentially the same except for the Xchange rate.
I assume they must track as otherwise you could trade one off against the other!

A DST means a number of flow and shut in periods, to clean up a bit, measure the flow and record the rate of pressure fall off and pressure rebuild.

A flare is part of the well test, it means they are flowing oil to surface and burning it!
So not before or after....but during the test!!

Yes its possible that RPS are already in close harmony with HUR re-data sharing, but I feel sure that there will be a considerable "lag" between data received from the field and release to RPS and it won't be raw data as such, as HUR will want to interpret the data themselves first and update their models, and come to their own conclusions before release. RPS have a similar role to an auditor, they don't do the accounts, they analyse them later, however internal auditors do this semi-continuously and have access to the company processes regularly. So that might apply here.
Contrary to you, I think a new CPR would cover everything, even though there maybe some parts that do not change due to no real change in data, interpretation or assumptions. Just to give a comprehensive updated overview for all concerned in one document.

I knew the CPR took quite awhile, but didn’t realise it was 8 mths last time, but as you say should be considerably less this time as it’s an update, albeit a comprehensive one! So yes more like 3Q20 then and would be timed to be just before a move to the main market.

Yes there will be a new CPR sometime next year, question is when?
I personally can't see it sooner than 2Q20, since they will need at least 6 mths EPS data, analysed results from WW, and a consequently updated reservoir model by HUR by say 1Q20 earliest, they then will need at least a couple of months to do their own independent analysis.
There will be a huge clue as to what it might say at the January CMD, however whatever is presented at that time will not be independently assessed/endorsed and thus have no real weight to a prospective investment/ fund manager (their internal procedures will force them to wait for the new independent CPR if they are going to invest significant sums).
Also they may have to wait until HUR moves to the main market, as many funds internal procedures forbid them investing in AIM. The timing of such a move should be presented in more detail at the January CMD as previously guided as 2H20.

They may just wait for NT to ring the opening bell (he said he might wait for that opportunity, extra publicity, but there is a queue!) before releasing an RNS, it would be US Eastern time, that is New York time!?
