Trouble for you Greenspan is nobody gives a monkey's what you think on here and I'm not surprised when clued up posters see the countless posts by yourself with the same constant negative tone. You must look up the top 10 fallers on AIM each day and think "ooh I'll just troll a few of them" haha.

Same here it was a surprise for me given the cash position they were in prior today BUT imo they have raised this for one reason and one reason only....to accelerate operations at not just RH and MJ areas but Olympic AT THE SAME TIME which will bring us closer to gold production in more than one location.

Greenspan they had enough cash back then so I stick to what I said but since then they have acquired Olympic. They are obviously excited about the data they've seen so far on Olympic to push forward with it as well as their other licence areas. I'll be adding today and I know a few others who will be too

Why don't you you actually read the RNS Greenspan if you can be bothered and it tells you what the money is for.

I get to see it on the live prices as they execute on advfn however you have to pay for it lol. A couple of the trades went through the NEX exchange too

A few more decent buys coming through including another 4M buy. Won't take much for this to tick up again...

Tbf if they pull this off and deliver on the assets for both gold and copper 1.5p is going to look extremely cheap. So I don't blame AW for giving this the thumbs up when it was 1.5p.
The problem was imo the previous management and poor strategy back then leading to disappointments, delays, disappointments and more delays.
That is behind us now and I think everyone here can be at least slightly optimistic here about the future. All AW has done is put his money where his mouth is and stand by his faith he put in with Great Western. I know a while ago AW sold a large part of his holding but I believe it was because of his dissatisfaction with the performance of the previous bod which had even led to him offering to be appointed to the bod which was subsequently turned down before he sold.
The potential is that this could with the right partner go in the direction of Greatland gold and we all know what happened to their share price.

#GWMO - key point communicated at the AGM yesterday is “the ground team is at work as we speak” - something the wider market has missed - looking forward to seeing some interesting news from the company on various fronts (including gold leaching) over the coming weeks.

All resolutions passed and new directors appointed. The appointments are pretty impressive and worth checking out. Onwards and upwards from here....

Agreed. The fact that AW is now saying he is more positive than ever about the company due to new management, strategy, PR and progress to date is certainly something to take notice of. It seems to be the sort of sentiment that is being echoed by other investor's with Great Western which hasn't been the case for quite some time now.
MM's seem to be needing shares at the minute. Can currently sell 4M at 0.1185 and 6M at 0.115

Understandably Great Western is now starting to gain the attention of investor's as a real contender for actual gold production and soon (Q4 2020).
Let's examine the key points:

Fully cashed up for 2020 operations
Skin in the game with 10% management holding
Focus on Gold as well as Copper
New management team with clear focus
Improved PR
Low cash burn as well as 30% deferred salaries
Potential for 200T Copper resource if proved up
New Olympic Gold project acquisition
100% ownership of licence areas with a wealth of data below ground over the years from sampling, drilling and aerial data.

In one of the safest, best and pro mining addresses in the world. Look at the price of gold right now - around $1,800 an ounce.
Suddenly there is a lot going for this company as a potential candidate as a gold producer. I remember looking in on Greatland Gold 3yrs ago when it was trading at 0.50p and nearly pressed the buy button. Wish I had - now look at it!
Prior to that it had been as low as 0.10p just like GWMO. There are certain similarities with where GGP was back then to where GWMO is now.
All it takes is that breakthrough like GGP did with Newcrest and who knows where this might end up! There have been many false starts with Great Western and just as many disappointments along the way but I do absolutely think this is a good time to be getting in here especially knowing the potential short term newsflow that's coming.
Personally if this is not 0.15p by Fri I will be amazed!

With ever dwindling reserves of gold being discovered globally along with continued increase in demand for gold, the drive by banks to keep printing more money and the high price of gold the simple answer is YES absolutely they WILL get it out the ground. Will they do it solely by themselves? Probably not so we may be looking at a JV with a mid tier miner but either way current SP would be a distant memory if that were to happen.

Great Western Mining Corp PLC - mineral explorer - Confirms alteration styles and vein textures indicating epithermal precious metal systems at Olympic Gold Project in Nevada. Surface sampling assays up to 21.50 parts per million in gold and 37.30 ppm in silver in surface dumps and stope material, confirming precious metal enrichment potential.

Preliminary assessment has now been completed on the OMCO mine extension prospect which confirms the potential of the claim area.

Some people clearly fell for the trap this morning....selling up just because they see the share price dropping early doors, yet exactly the same happens when the share price is rising, buying through FOMO lol.
Those are the ones that end up losing money and then whinge about what they've lost lol.
Good news is that you can currently buy some albeit a limited quantity at just below 0.11 for those that are serious about seeing some serious returns here.
