at CLP discretion as not enough shares available at present,so must be first come ,first served(i bet eufingest would beat others,anyway).Doing so the sp should ,inevitably rise,so,by the time an EGM is called to vote to allow more shares to be issued to be given to B/H,the sp and conversion,should be much higher.

LA,my view on this is:b4 auction i asked the company if they could bid for the land and if it would be legal.Their response was ,yes we could but will not bid..I interpreted that as a sign of confidence,that none was bidding for it(so must have been the company).Someone out of the blue bidded(unlikely the farmer,imo)tospoil the party.Could be anyone,from FAI,that was against the development from the start(you can see last article on gazzetta canavese that says :"Finally the story is closed")or Villa or someone else.The fact that there is a second appeal means the land is valued much more that 2.68 mill euros,otherwise CLP wouldn`t spend time and money to pay for it.Of course it would have been much better and already resolved,if RKB bidded for the land on that day and,i can tell you,he was nearly there.....My final thought:the land is worth more and CLP will not let go and ,ultimately,will get it.That`s why the B/H will exchange,as well....All points to a november major developments,imo.

Considering the buyer has till 20 nov to pay up,i presume that is the time within they can appeal.Also thetime B/h can exchange.I wonder why the farmer didn`t pay up already....usually farmers are more starightforward`s people ...i think (just my suspicion) someone got him to bid and giving the money late on a specific purpose....if judge decide to re run auction the price will go defo higher,imo.

doubt that you can declare that you received the money in if they havn`t been paid....is dated 4th october..

.....limited,and is exactly that skepticism that is the block of the sp....without debts with 700 mill shares and 50 mill euros tax rebates don`t you think an RTO would be very likely?Of course they would ask a clean sheet to comply with it.....This just need 1 court case to be resolved in our favour to set sentiment alight....no idea what will come first,fortune `s claims sorted out of court,ondaland or eufingest converting....any of the 3 will see CLP above 2p in a day,imo....

markets are pricing stocks,however in AIM many factors are used to price stocks that differs from main market:liquidity(spreads),MMs playing games(unlike sets),BOD and past performances.Now,considering that many AIM stocks are valued many times over their NAV,CLP is valued HALF is NAV.....That is a very low consideration from the market.No wonder then you have stocks that climbs 400% in a day on hard news!

considering i`m not a daytrader,i`m baffled that daytraders ,here,are not spotting the opportunity to get in at today`s sp,since,after USA`s downward correction(to me just technical ),there should be a rebound tomorrow in overall markets and CLP is as low as you can get it....and friday is the favourite day for Francesco to come out.....I`m long term so doesn`t affect me...
