yes,exactly that but the main difference is that instead of waiting 4 years ,B/h they can recoup their capital plus profits in the next 4 months.Consider,a very crucial point,that AIM can take the sp high by 100% a day if they want but B/h gets 1% a year....It`s probably a white fly`s case for B/h versus shareholders...By the way,looks like an rns is logged,as friday as well,tomorrow,so get buying,that is very very unlikely that you will get in again below 0.72p,imo....Fg could choose to suspend anytime,as another way of lock gains for LTH....

i can answer to that:B/h if they object,wait `till 2022 and will exhange at 15p by then or get paid for the sum they lent....with the news that should come out soon,FG has given a very good opportunity to them to get their money much earlier and even bigger profits(considering the 1% interests they get,normally).Like ADE said,b4,the price is manipulated and this is a fantastic opportunity to get in or add.ATB,max

Strange none is talking about the effect that could have on CLP,since all the assets are priced in euros....a devaluation of the £ could result in having assets that are more valuable and with the sp being in £(well sub penny,for now),it should go up same %,had the same of devaluation.Mind you,i would prefer that brexit would not happen as all will become,in my view,more difficult .To me is 1 against 27 will never win,in today`s world situation and ,geographically,UK is still an island,so has some disadvantages.....I have lived in UK for 30 years and,to me,it was(maybe is still is)the most democratic and tolerant society in the wordl but times are changing.We will find out by march,same as we will for CLP....The only difference is that with CLP we will make money,with brexit?Doubt it....

yes i agree in full with Ade.Buyers were getting some at 0.82p but now they need to pay 0.845p....the moment it turns will be fast and will catch many out....NAV should be 1.5p...

same story of yesterday.Bid was 0.8p but mms were paying 0.89p.....today is 0.7p but paying 0.807p while asking nearly full ask....they are getting some shares but not enough.Few buyers and will move north again,imo.

accumulating big time and getting ready for action....you will see a lift up and then they will make an even bigger gain....unlike most of day traders here that make 10% or less....a bit of patience would do wonder to sp...

we will have the money from the land(or the land itself) worth 1.8mill euros,fees paid.First charge was 2.68 mill euros so the "top up" with cash from escrow accounts could go there.10 villas in Sardinia.Company will have a plan for that so we should know soon.Ondaland to be sorted,Fortune cookies to be sorted very soon,sosushi and various other claims,too.B.h to exchange within now and Xmas.I think we can say that one big claim will be sorted by then and that is why B/h will exchange shortly.Only chance to recoup ,and possibly get a nice profit on their investements(consider that bondholders had,at max,8% interests rates and with the conversion in shares they could get multiple of that).Good enough reason to exchange,imo.Unuasual that mms are showing(even if it is not)a much bigger spread than lately......very likely they are expecting news following soon....End game is near.

the others will do fast,as maximum amount of shares are not enough to cover all bonds,so first come ,first served....then will need to call an EGM to vote to allow(first time the shareholders will be very pleased to vote FOR)....but that will take at least a month and half,so conversion rate could change HIGHER....if eufingest will do first,all others will have to wait,so very very likely some small B?H will exchange next week or so,imo.....
