racheldad ,i agree.This guy that lives high in the alps,goes and buy a massive land and to do what?To take all the animals from there moved them 200km ,build all structures for them?That is going to cost him more than the land itself....this is political(as was the case of stopping mediapolis and the 30 mill euros court case....FG will not let go and will get it,at the end...maybe the auction will be declared void and a second auction will run,then you can be sure eufingest or FG will get it(i thought it was worth bidding it the first time but,maybe they were too confident and they made wrong judgement....Ondaland is what i`m focused on,myself....

well,i tell you for sure.An agricolture`s man is ususally very straightforward and pays is due pretty fast.I think someone is using him with his name but hasn`t paid for the land(yet) and if not paying,will lose the deposit to auctioneers.....This land is more political than you think....I wouldn`t rule out that FAI(naturalist`s fund) is behind all this ,trying to disrupt the all matter.(In fact they were very enthustiast on that newspaper`s article,when they said the matter was closed).You can imagine ,in a desolated land,with no jobs,just open countryside,flat and they opposed because of natural`s bad effects on environment?

a couple of weeks ago,for 2/3 days sp was @0.63/0.65p to buy.Unless those buyers are already selling for a mere 8% or less,these seller are selling at a loss....and no explanation why....just wait a couple of days/weeks and would be a gain,if you really have to sell and the urge of taking that meagre profit...

cakwell our 1 mill buyer?Is average was 1.3p,if i recall well so lowering it at 1p might be a very good tactic....

claim is for between £700k and £ 5 millions.....surely will need to be formalised when applied in court.I,would gladly accept £1.8 mill as settlement....cost of case will also play on an early settlement..imo.

Excellent and very well summed up!what i was referring about the freefloat is that imagine eufingest announce conversions,they will have 65 mill shares,then FG will get his salary in shares and not many shares available for bond holders left.The freefloat could be used to lower the bond holder averages but the mms will up the sp very fast and also day traders coming in,will result in no freefloat ,at all.....THE PERFECT STORM....since all this is within 6 weeks,i`m stunned that buyers are so shy!(not for long).I`m getting very excited as May said today:we are near end game...

had a double up,this morning.....excellent average he/she should have....either very well informed or a bond holder playing forlowering is average(clever if that).Once eufingest will convert,there will be almost no shares available to allocate and the freeflow will play a big part.

It seems strange,to me,that nobody is discussing the effect that brexit could have on CLP`s value.....afterall all assets are prized in euros then transferred to £(well penny,for the moment)....Also strange that the company is not mentioning anything about it.A £ devalued could have a very positive effect on our sp(even i i still prefer that brexit will never materialise)...

we are only 2 weeks away from court`s date,it is very quiet...and still possible to buy below 0.7p!
