could well be,in fact,it turned from -11% to +3.5% after that link was posted,albeit it took some time to get verified,i presume.....maybe mms were counting in negativity with another appeal dismissed and that trader that was playing lower....something got checked out and it looks positive,so they rise....

a trader is playing games,today and selling the max bid to lower sp,then buy back lower...i think mms have him sorted...
looks like we have a trader that sells in batches trying to lower the sp,then buying back almost same number but mms lifted it up all of a sudden.(last 250k red is a buy).now went neutral...maybe mms got wind of news?

conditions of putting a bid was to put deposit trough auctioneer`s account b4 bidding,so deposit have been paid for sure.Another matter is the appeal if won deposit will be paid back to farmer.If lost farmer will have more time to pay for all.A sign that the appeal will be reviewed and all could change completely,imo.....
well that will be determine if they count from day of sentence or day after,in the calendar is friday this week or next monday.....the importance is the deposit tha could go to clp less commissions(10%),so could be 179.000 euros,in that case to CLP....(win/win)

well,i tell you for sure.An agricolture`s man is ususally very straightforward and pays is due pretty fast.I think someone is using him with his name but hasn`t paid for the land(yet) and if not paying,will lose the deposit to auctioneers.....This land is more political than you think....I wouldn`t rule out that FAI(naturalist`s fund) is behind all this ,trying to disrupt the all matter.(In fact they were very enthustiast on that newspaper`s article,when they said the matter was closed).You can imagine ,in a desolated land,with no jobs,just open countryside,flat and they opposed because of natural`s bad effects on environment?
a couple of weeks ago,for 2/3 days sp was @0.63/0.65p to buy.Unless those buyers are already selling for a mere 8% or less,these seller are selling at a loss....and no explanation why....just wait a couple of days/weeks and would be a gain,if you really have to sell and the urge of taking that meagre profit...
cakwell our 1 mill buyer?Is average was 1.3p,if i recall well so lowering it at 1p might be a very good tactic....
claim is for between £700k and £ 5 millions.....surely will need to be formalised when applied in court.I,would gladly accept £1.8 mill as settlement....cost of case will also play on an early settlement..imo.
