i signed to ban shorting.I always said that shorting is the cause of market crashing and instability.Maybe,one day,they will see sense. and ban it.About CLP:the company should come out and protect the sp,since,after all this time ,we are at lowest of the year......in the meantime MMs are collecting shares for next rise.

Good morning all.I registered with their website and i can see that there is a claim that is worked on for 5 mill euros in the last 12 momths( and 3 open for total value of 15 mil euris that are for a longer time).i could only deduct that the 5 milk euros is relating to either Ondaland settling or the 10 villas( that are part of unsecure creditors in the Mediapolis's case.I'm looking forward to hear from the company,through an Rns, about it( or more).My decision to come back to post( this time i will limit my posts, to avoid abuse)was due to RKB that found out the PVB and i traslated some infos for him.Pedeferri Bone is a high reputable lawyers firm , so i' m looking forward to see some results pretty soon.Atb, max

watch both share rise sharply this week.....clp is at same point that PHD was last friday....i`m in both.

This could be avoided if the ego of some would not be so big to give advice in a share that they dont want to be in.Im in clp and i dont post anything positive or negative on others bb that i don't have shares in.jade you have done the same posting a strong sell on clp' s bb and you criticise rkb.easy solution is to stay separate and good luck with the chosen investements.I still find strange to post negatives in a share i don't retain fit for me.Happy new year to all

i discover BCN only recently ,and dipped my toe @27p.I added some more at 21.50p.Not entered in full but will add slowly.Can anyone tell me about any timetable due?I watched the interview of PS and,considering the intention of listing the zimwald`project on the german market ,should rise some capitals.Numbers of shares quite small,so liquidity ,on news,could be a factor.Looks like it could reverse to blue any moment as only one on 21.50p.Wishing a very good Xmas to all and looking forward to a prosperous new year.Max

well,this time i have got really offended.Oneknows has something against me,no idea why as i don`t know him/she and never be in contact whatsoever.But you,Rusty?You know i`m a long tern holder and the company knows it too.I will explain why I`M NOT A TRADER IN CLP.First,i have been in and built a considerable number of share since march 2014.I reached 15mill fully paid shares and i started to have some open positions in clp.Having an open position,to me,is not like trading,especially because i NEVER took money out.(there was a point that my portfolio was showing £365k only with CLP shares value.Did i sell?Not 1 share(my mistake)My intention was to get more shares,to lower my average.Well,most of times it was neutral,like gaining or losing few thousand shares.Last month i was forced to sell 5 millions share due to external circumstance.I took it on a chin as you have to do in AIM.I`m in contact with FG and the PR.They are very correct and never had given any informations outside the correct channels and they stick to the rules,so i can garantee that there are no leakages.Sometimes i just seek reassurances that all is going ahead like planned.They oblidge to the rules and that is correct.As RKB said,is not what they say but what they don`t.I`m a friend with RKB,another person that has his word more important than his money,as me.I have been the "sentinel" far too long.I wish all in CLP,that we could see the sp where it truly belongs .The market ,especially in AIM,has been very hard,lately and it is very cinic.I still have 12 mills shares fully paid but i will stop posting on this BB.Have a very nice Xmas to all,max. Good discussions,today.My view is:eufingest will convert part of loan or most of it in shares(i think was 0.95p,then will convert the rest of bond but will keep below 30%,as always did.There was an rns,3 years ago that the company would pay a dividend of 2p after mediapoils.Well,maybe will do that with ondaland sorted,instead.Then they could take over if they wished.Getting that 2 p dividend extra,for me,then keeping all the shares that will be eventually higher,would be very good for everyone(even Bond holder will have a chance to recoup a lot or even all money invested Plus some profits.We might have apositive surprise with Sipiem/ondaland.Looking forward to AGM,(impossible,for me, to attend due to distance and xmas family`s committments).

shouldn`t add 0.2p to sp automatically?£1.15 mill : 514 mill shares=approx 0.2p in my book....(and it is in cash,this time)

eufingest has and it is backing clp by a very long time.always had up to 29.9% shares in the company.Recently has reached 16%,but NOT because it has sold any shares,just because the %of shares in issue had changed.It has ,now the chance to convert loans uo to that 13% to take it back to 29% and,i will not be surprised if we see another rns confirming this,pretty soon.THEN,they will exchange the bonds at 3.76 or slightly more,depending when next conversion points date will be.Overall,if you think,even exchanging at 3.76p,they will have an average @ 1.4/1.6p if you add bonds conversion shares and what shares already have and could get up to 29%....

yes,plenty headroom for eufingest to go back to 29.9% at @0.89p or thereabout,then will exchange their 43% bonds at 3.76p or better......looks like that is the plan,and it makes sense for eufingest,i presume....we are nearly 45% below that sp and i will not be surprise to see eufingest convert the loan pretty fast.

to convert all?considering 50 mills are booked and eufingest might decide to convert part of loans ,first,then exchange after the GM?Also FG needs to get his salary in shares as R.E......strange thing is no trades at all?
