so,conversion is set for next 3 months.B/h will have 60 days to object but in case they don`t ,they run the risk conversion will be higher(say 1.5p x 500%=7.5p instead of 3.76p).In themeantime (pre Xmas) Fg should sort out the land,getting it or getting the money(latest expiring for farmer to pay is 23rd november 2018-120 calender days from auctio).This will revalue the sp and so the conversion bond`s rate.....Eufingest will go first for sure.The market will rerate the sp as soon as hear or rns of first conversion.....Should be a very nice xmas for all clp`ers.Not long to wait.,max.

yes,as soon as B/H decide to convert ,the sp will get near there....considering eufingest holds 46% of them,they could exchange first and get the conversion of 3.76p and consequently the others B/H ( and the market) ,taken by surprise,will be paying more,if not acting within that 10 days average.....very exciting times for clp and all shareholders,imo.

we should soon find out.....to me it looks positive.Watch out for volumes increasing as many will take positions.Either way we get the money or the land(win-win as mentioned b4).The problem is the skeptic market,not FG thatis delivering....News from ondaland would seal it ,after the land...

i misread that valued IS NOT in AUD but in GBP,meaning vela`s investement in weshop is worth £427.000 and bits....this represent,as you said,the 3rd biggest investement in value by Vela.....(basically a 0.1 to 0.2p adding to MCAP...i think will be adjusted very soon.Can`t wait for Vibepay to launch.....Considering that TSI is paying £5.98 per share,vela could have a much bigger gain next quarter on weshop`s shares owned...

Vela's investment in WeShop was valued at cost (£100,000) in Vela's audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 which were announced by Vela on 27 September 2018.

let`s say i`m a Bond holder and FG comes to me and tell me conversion will be at 3.76p.I know Eufingest holds 46^ of bonds,so it dictate majority.I ask,why should i pay 3.76p when shares are 0.85p,today?Fg could say:you want your money back and ,possibly,make that 10/20% more that you never would have got with the bonds?Then trust me ,and everyone will be happy.....Basically:we should have trasforming news within the next 60days.(our Xmas`s present)...

News of land should follow this week .I think we need only 1 or 2 pieces missing in the puzzle.Soon should be completed.....1 case settled for cash and we will fly near that conversion sp,imo....Excellent news.

thks for the posts....FG has done all this preparation and he is not letting go any claims.Once 1 will come in in our favour,the market will start to trust again and will rerate above 2 to 3p,imo.I have been patient nearly 5 years ,i can wait a bit longer,no problems....
