The Energy Ministry has just approved long-awaited regulations that define the quality of coal that may be used by households and small companies and aim to ban the dirtiest coal to make the air cleaner.

I hold a few shares in KGF and they show quite clearly in their reports how the various parts of the firm are faring. Uk and Ireland are shown as one entity,. France with Two firms and Poland are shown as another. They talk about improving the situation in France. Nat Grid has a large piece of the company based in the USA, what % of the company is there I don't know. How can a UK government nationalise such a company without tremendous legal battles here and in the USA ?? Answers on a postcard, please. --- Yours, Max.

The share price has been in the doldrums before, and recovered although admittedly never as low as present. It’s got a lot of ground to make up, a launch or two of some good products would soon get things going in the right direction.

You mention Milton and Herald have sold. Found Herald but searching back to September 2017 could only find Lomabard Odier (LOAM) as having a stake. DID you meam MITON not Milton, but I can't find them either. Yes both Herald and LOAM were reducing their stakes over time but not sure they finished completely. Do you know if they have completed their investments ? If you had read Nigwit on Nano you would have seen his warning about that company, oh you did ? as well as seeing the calamitous drop in the SP. Seems that company did not pursue the right approaches to the world of Graphene. The second form you showed NK 10, I think, says that their losses are over 17,000,000$M in just two years. i imagine to get to where they say they are with their developments means they may have allocated a vast amount to R&D in order to be first to production with Perovskite QDs. Is this type of QD outstanding in its qualities, they seem to think so ? What might happen next ? A huge financial borrowing or closure if they can't manage their debts ? --- Yours, Max.

In Poland we have a joint venture with Cobant a Polish Government organisation which includes a University who have provided a team under one of their professors. Sometime ago, I provided an extract from the professors speech about the project in which he used the phrase "Superfuel" meaning a combination of coal lying about the countryside mixed with Coalswitch at certain percentages. They have a necessity to use up a lot of these coalfines for economic reasons, and at the same time, to hit EURO standards of air quality. Upper Sil was chosen by Cobant as the first place to work. They intend to spread the work throughout Poland and into other EURO countries. No bouindaries to the revenues for us, we hope but Cobant will do most of the work there, we have to supply Coalswitch in sufficient quantities. --- Yours, Max.
