Never mind FDA approval, Lumira DX have just received emergency approval in India. ODX has a long history/relationship with India including an Indian office so are they going for this? If not they should be. Okehurst1, it would make sense for Bill Gates to make a bid for ODX, to buy up manufacturing capacity. I would think it would be a marriage made in heaven. Any approach however would have to be announced to the AIM market. ODX must be on the acquisition radar of a few companies???

And we have replaced the infamous INNOVA Chinese tests now with the ACON Biotech Chinese self home test. Unbelievable. Maybe if we rebrand UK tests as, Made in China, we might actually get a test into the market.......

FACT:- The Government made a right royal C*** up with Innova by not entering into a proper evaluation process. Had they done so they would have known the test was cra* The Government then shifted completely in the other direction to being over zealous with regards evaluations but they lacked evaluation TPPs (the protocols) and when they did put these in place they were onerous to apply to and IT systems are akin to being in the dinosaur age. The Government are also insisting on CE marking for self-testing and again this is a gruelling process. So many barriers and brick walls. No clear direction, leadership or brain power from the Government. THIS IS FACT!

If there is a any news coming, whether good or bad, that will influence the share price, there will be a lockdown on share dealing for Directors that goes both ways either selling or buying that includes any concert party transactions i.e. family, relatives etc.... You say you manage procurement and contracts in public health care. It would be interesting to know your thoughts and if you think there was due diligence carried out in order to award a contract to Innova:-

• how Innova won such a large government contract
• was it helped by the influence of Andrew Brogan who was VP of Pascaca Capital, the holding company of Innova and who also worked for DHSC until April 2021
• how Innova passed the evaluation and if so which evaluation and most importantly how they passed with such poor results i.e. 50% failure rate
• if you search around there are different dates reporting when Innova was founded i.e. March 2019, April 2020 and some sites this information is locked
• is it not strange that a Wuhan national Charles Huang, now an American citizen, introduces a SARS-CoV-2 Antigen test to the world to detect the very same virus that caused a global pandemic first detected in Wuhan
