RE: CWU Letter18 Oct 2022 19:54
Obviously be striking fir a lot longer with that letter ,im afraid mr Thompson won’t be reading it !
Does make me laugh, this is why by the end of all this the work force will have worse terms and conditions,a lot will have lost there jobs, more will follow if they don’t shape up,those on the sick looking for new employment, the unions 4 points below they won’t budge on..lol.
If I was the ceo,I also would not turn up either… just no point…keep plodding on with the change, get rid of thousands, change the terms and conditions, thank the union for helping it all go through…
1.The CEO turning Royal Mail Group into a GLS style business model.
2.Managing you out of the business and replacing you with a mixture of owner drivers, and new entrants on lower pay terms and conditions.
3.Up to 3 hour later starts.
4.An increase of owner drivers in Parcelforce.
Mean while,mr ward and his merry men still make a good wedge while the members he’s supposed to be supporting end up with nout…
If they don’t want to work past 3pm…they will end up unemployed..
Now just factor in how much revenue the union will be loosing once 10 thousand plus loose there jobs…put on top of that all those that will drop out of the union…and they will…what you will get is members quitting and not saying as they don’t want to rock the boat with there fellow workers…
Keep striking boys
Canoes and paddles at the ready…
