If you check out the information shown on Simply Wall Street you will that they think that the general public owns about 3% of the company
This may be an underestimation as shares held in ISA's may be being counted in the "institutional ownership" section, as institutional ownership is shown as being over 50%, but maybe not - I don't know.
What I would say is that the sp seems to respond upwards when "buys" exceed "sells" by around 300,000 to 400,000 shares.
This suggests to me that the market size, or share liquidity, for the company is between £25k to £40k, which in turn says that if anyone wants to invest £100,000 or more in the company by buying shares on the open market, then the price is going up.
