What people don't realise is the press coverage over the weekend and the fact that any over gives us a 1.3 billion plus valuation.
Still have a buyer, but the shorts closing out will push this higher

I do believe we will get a £2.60 finish now min

I think they are all looking to switch now - trend and algo and background buyer - all points upwards

Its off keeping an eye out for a holdings RNS or short tracker update

Signal and shift change - stock running thin perhaps. That buyer has mopped up a fair bit of the free float I think

Just a snippet of what I've said before:
Whilst some have been loaning stock out to short sellers and PI's perhaps panicking and selling these funds have been taking the stock out of circulation. Now the funds that loaned out the stock don't care they pick up a loan fee, but the short sellers have to buy the stock back. Now with more off the market place they pay a premium. Market Makers are aware of this and any stock they hold they will apply a premium. Economics 101 - Iook at what Porsche did for the VW share price back in 2008. The US billionaires behind Metro Bank may have had a word with some of their friends stateside - the share price coupled with the favourable exchange rates has lead to our shares looking really attractive. With all that in play you have a recipe for the sp to now overshoot where we came from.

My view is that there is a fund in play! Shorters will follow suits - perfect storm

The sellers have dried up perhaps - hold firm very buy sensitive. If there is a shortage of seller the MM has to pay more. The big buyer has soaked up what was sitting around - similar to an overhang.

It will be funny reading what they say when we clear £2.20 - probably some other story. Its too slow? lol

Those watching I would suggest that the move up is afoot.....

The brakes are off.... are the MMs finally letting this go?

I don't know much about codes between MMs, but the range has been kept tight by them to collect stock from the retail sellers to fill an order for an institution or big buyer - seen it before. Some like trading the pennies I am more interesting in the £ moves, which is coming mark my words.
