500k buy filled - that's why it went down to capture the trades to fill that

I would be shocked if we closed any lower than 36p - the buys have been filling the floor. This was a gap fill and the weak sellers cleared for the big orders to be made.

Plain and simple the update was not terrible far from it, MMs marked it down and will use that to weed out the weaker holders and fill the larger buys - simple.

Its a display for the need of big retail. Pretty much along the same lines as what Capital and Regional have just secured and INTU is a far better prospect. Its a case of where you attribute value. Being able to get Harrods to take out a large retail unit within Intu Lakeside is a big draw. I'm sure others will see that too.

I believe the floor is in and a recovery into the close, although surprised we are below 40p and expect that has been engineered to get some stock for some order filling.

Having looked at the update there are multiple scenarios - assets to sell and at the current valuation you can see a white knight turning up!

About to move upwards I feel - bid is creeping higher

Anything under 40p is a bargain in my view - we should see the climb up strongly. The update this morning was better than I was expecting - MMs just punishing it collecting stock.
Just a week ago JPMorgan increased their holding from below the notifiable level to over 5%.
Buyers today are getting a bargain in my view.

Believe me I saw the same said about many, but I feel that we will see a rebound - just some bottom feeding.

Ummmm I think most here know this will move higher - surprised it went so low, but expect with Brexit uncertainty kicked along the road and xmas round the corner foot fall will increase.

Takeover at £2 not so long ago, so expect some predators at current valuation

Looking like bargain territory and with occupancy higher than I thought coupled with decent valuations I see a strong bounce

Shares were mopped up again to fill that 30m buy at 2p on the close I like you think that the sp should have moved up towards 2.4p. Today should see a nice move upwards.

Ok with that confirmed expect the TR1 to confirm the buyer of all the 250k and 100k trades to be a US fund.

Orders filled expect a strong finish, surpised we didn't head straight up. Perhaps 2.10-2.20 finish with my 2.4p coming tomorrow.
