Buyers are US funds - not shorters, yet in my view.

Unlike many on here I have been saying the same thing for a while - my belief is that the company are bracing themselves for an offer. Funds in the US have been loading up, Vernon has stepped aside and that removes conflict and we have received what would say are stellar results in the 3rd qtr. I say that because for all the nonesense written the 2.2m loss can be attributed to the run on the dposits earlier in the year. This has now reversed and the shorts have been reviewing. First step will be a holdings RNS - I am keen to know who has been buying the big chunks

So multiple large buy orders just worked through, hopefully this will act as an indicator of what is happening.

Another buy order being worked - going by the trend this will be 250k

It was disconnected and that was more to do with the MMs manipulating the stock with trades. Trend is changing and I expect a significant re-rating. Look out for the holdings update

And there we have it another 250k buy! when this RNS confirming the buyer we should see this advance to £3 and then we have the potential or probable takeout!

With buys from 25 down to 18 and now to be able to top slice and let the free run. Now moving my profit across to MTRO.

The sells are being collected to fill the buy orders. Those that have watched the trades on this over the last few weeks are aware of what is happening. The MMs have soaked up what they can. US Market opens at 2:30 and I would expect the SP to climb.

Still waiting for the short disclosures and the TR1's to come through.

Gap up today - think financials will rally with Brexit deferred until the end of Jan, by which time I think we will be off the market. Just want to see how quickly this rises when holdings are disclosed and short tracker details updated

This appears to be the consensus here and having heard Craig Donaldson during the conference call I think this will happen sooner rather than later.

Malu review the sp as soon as a TR1 drops confirming a US fund have been buying - sp will likely shoot up 20-30% minimum and then investors will be paying over £2.50

Agreed that there is no smoke without fire - multiple sources stating the same thing either a takeover or being taken private. Having listened to the conference call and seen the recent holdings rns' you can connect the dots. Reading now what the Motley crew are pushing out you can see they are now long and I would imagine that over the course of the next few days short trackers and TR1's will be released. Long way to go, but positive as ever!
