Jesse Vernon Hill is part of the Billionaire club in America. Total Market cap £334M now and his US backers have been buying up stock. Not to mention a £375m raise completed in May 19 at £5 a share. The Q3 update supports a price multiples higher than where we are!

No the market will love it - one off item of 2.5m to re-align, investment in store openings and capital ratio higher than I thought at 22.6%. Deposits up and with new branches that have recently been added expect this to increase. Re-rating tomorrow - gutted I could not add more!

They need cash? They raised £725m in the last 5 months. They misclassified £900m and have raised almost that amount in cash - capital ratio is around 21-22%.
Current market cap circa £300m
Forget me saying the book value is circa £10......even at say £4 it is over 100% return from these levels.

Like I said it would be viewed as not as negative as some posting on here - long way to go, but certainly think 1.5-2p on the cards and then we wait.

VH is a character - I am still keen to know who has been buying. 2 scenarios that I think have credibility is that this may be taken private or a takeover. I think VH has a plan and it is in motion - his US friends will back an approach and then we should see this rocket.

Pre results it gapped and I noticed that the CEO's family bought 2.1m shares earlier this week at 18.5p and a further 750K at 18.2p earlier this month. When this happens then you have to feel they see value......I can see a nice rebound here
