Have a look at SQZ, for the following reasons: - low amount of shares in issue - producing asset generating $3m+ every month - looking at making additional acquisitions with its cash pile - exploration interests - no debt Just some of the reasons, I topped up on SQZ after selling out here a while back

RMP wouldn't buy RRL would they?? RRL have production but they indicated 2,500 barrels per day which they haven't hit, they would have debt as well so I can't see that deal would be any good for RMP.

Hike - unfortunately yes, but learned from that and made lots to make up from it via MATD, HUR, IAE, ENQ, SQZ, currently at a loss here though

Thanks for the reply, was hoping to have a producing asset on the cheap to protect the cash position but we must have missed the boat now. Some other shares that bombed in the oil price crash like SOU, MATD, AEX, HUR - look at them now. Mind you plenty have folded - XEL, FOGL, CAZA etc

The last RNS states they were interested in US companies, so this must mean a shift in focus from exploration to production?

low ball bid received at beginning of last oil bull run, if I recall correctly bid started at around £1 and they were bought out around £2

The only way as I see it USA producing more and not importing more oil is if they can produce it more cheaply, trumps comments must have had an impact as oil should be higher, maybe the poo price was already priced in for the opec outcome

any sniff of news on new assets, drilling etc in this markets should see us move significantly up, so best time to buy or average down is now. Just look what happened at MATD, similar could happen but remember to sell when the market cap looks too high

There will be no take over of IAE, the super major or NOCs aren't interested in our level of production, but I wouldn't rule out mergers with similar sized companies such as FPM, ENQ etc

Have RMP missed their opportunity in the current "risk on" market. Cash in bank and rising oil price, many shares gone up - multi bagged while this has remained stagnant, without stating the obvious Bandy needs to strike whilst the markets hot

Surely that would be the starting point for bids? If there are potentially 26 interested parties in an auction the price would be going up from that point?

After a couple of strong days, markets down today including Dow futures, profit takers. Oil moving higher last couple of sessions has probably been the driver and traders taking positions ahead of the new year. I can't see any news until new year

Does anyone think that this could happen, we have Delek as investors in both companies, FPM have gone over £1 today, there have been some suggestions alluding to this? combined business could be producing > 40k barrels per day which at $55 is $850,000,000 revenue per year!!!! That should see the combined entity multi bag, are there any downsides this?

End of year close of 110p would be nice but can't see, hope so though, I can't see news by tommorrow as news will be released once the market is back from holiday, maybe news leak or traders taking positions

At the moment and resistance at around 95p
