Depends on updates with Rawaillen, Namibia, Colombus, Acquisition and oil and volume will be key that hints any of the above

Namibia hotting up with a number of majors (Total, SHELL) and mid size oil companies (TLW) taking positions. Will BP take up the option to farm out into SQZ acreage, lots of drilling expected in 2018.

D220 - SQZ will be drilling 3Q 2018 whereas CHAR drilling 1Q 2018 - that's why they are moving upwards sooner for drilling anticipation, plus any Namibia farm out. It's the "transformational" news people are mostly waiting for here, I wonder if they regret saying that??

Highly likely to be North Sea, but we did have producing assets some time ago in Indonesia if memory serves me well, but that was several years ago. The directors have good contacts throughout the industry so no doubt they will get a good deal. Question is will they use all cash, cash & debt, equity raise etc...??

It's certainly not about investment unless dividend is paid or about tangible company assets, it's all about near term news flow, near term high risk drilling which attracts the hot money - I'm going to be rich tomorrow brigade and therefore you have to play accordingly

D220 - I will buy back if this gets to 20-22p as per laws8 suggestion, wouldn't be surprised. Even though I'm out for now it doesn't sit comfortably with me, however i have learned to not fall in love with a share from past experience and so far its paid dividend. Oil price still improving so thats good for producers and to some extent explorers. I was a bit disappointed with Rowaillen drill timelines, I had thought they were targeting 1st QTR 2018, not 3rd QTR?

Tight trading range, almost static share price which can only mean that funding in the works before next company update which is due in late September. Seen it so many times

When CNE start paying a dividend when all that oil starts to be pumped out and POO is higher this will re rate, until then its as we are unless it's taken over by the the super majors

Roughly 10% up in last week, hardly anyone on the board, but the herd will arrive. Rising oil price and news expected in the next 4-6 weeks on the 3D seismic of what could be giant prospects. Any signs of drilling will see this multibag with relatively small number of shares in free float

Due next week, could be some news related to ECO ?

Both trades showing today are mine, buying in before the herd arrives, ECO has attractive acreage in proven area and one in a potential area where there is increased industry interest - Namibia

in terms of oil assets in this market?? Surely we would want to buy an oil producing asset rather than risk our existing cash on an exploration target. Previous RNS talked about assets in US ?? These must be distressed assets, we need to buy before oil rises to get them on the cheap

Also SQZ directors have links with BP board so expect acquisitions from SQZ to be with BP assets
