You are certainly correct regarding GGP. Been invested there since 2014 and used some of my considerable profits (still sitting on a 15 bagger, even with the massive (manipulated/) drop seen since beginning of the year when I came close to nearly joining the Millionaire Club, all on the back of a total overall investment over the years of £20,016!!).

Bought in here over the last couple of weeks and now hold 800,000 shares at 7.45p average and although late to the party compared to some, am confident (thanks to many on this board) that my investment here will pay handsomely, as will GGP, but hopefully over a shorter timeframe (as GGP's Havieron is still a couple of years off being a full blown gold producing mine).

Whatever happens though, as with GGP, I will be holding at least some until the end (whatever that brings).

Well I have just gone with my (previously ignored) ''gut feeling'' for once and just sold some £51K odd of my GGP shares and topped up my holding in SAR to a nice round figure of 800k shares!

Only got half of what they were worth in January (but still well in profit with a 1.1p average) but feel that the big bucks are a few years off yet with GGP and SAR could not only surpass the £1.50 target I had for GGP but far sooner.

If SAR get bought out I'll probably chuck it all back in GGP for future divis (and maybe treat myself and the family to a few toys) but if SAR eventually get to Thoth2's expected LT sp that will be my whole extended family financially secure for generations to come!

(Plus it's about time that I diversified a bit more and broke the 'emotional attachment' to the one share and still hold a smidge over 2m shares in GGP though in both pension and ISA, so all good).

Excited now to see what unfolds.

Still soul searching regarding the disposal of some of my 2,286,294 shares in GGP and putting it in here (they say you shouldn't get attached to a share, but I am!) as although GGP is going to be £1 (and some) IMHO, that day is still a few years away I believe and I don't really appreciate the current 'games' with the sp ATM!

Also, over 90% of my portfolio is in GGP (the rest of my holdings are an absolute Train Wreck, with GGP my only saving grace with the exception of SAR!!) so maybe it's time to diversify a bit more, even with the current sp pretty low atm.

Should have done it when sp was under 7p maybe, but waiting any longer could potentially cost me dearly.

Also I had a ''gut feeling'' back in Jan that I should have sold a few at the 36p it reached but didn't and I get that same nagging feeling now!

Love Antigua! The Blue Waters Hotel is excellent and has some very nice apartments for sale within the complex (which can also provide rental income when unoccupied!).

I know what you mean with GGP! I'm down nearly £400k in paper profit since this January's sp highs, but it will come good eventually once the MM's stop ******* i n g around with the sp (which is starting to get on my (.)(.)s!)

Looks like a great time to have gotten on board with SAR and have even considered selling some of my GGP shares (which I'd sworn to hold until the bitter end!) to buy more.

I'd be over the moon with a £1 a share (as currently holding a modest 115,527 shares) but if it reaches Thoth2's long term predicted price range I think I'd s h i t a kidney !!

Going to owe you a rather large drink in either scenario though!

Yup! Lived through exactly the same ****e with my GGP holding over the last 6 months.

Fully aware now of the games these crooks play as seen it all before and it won't wash with me!

Looking forward to the re-rate (and if it drops any further will try to find the funds to buy some more!)

... but I wonder how much this they'll be clawing back again tomorrow (just has been the case several times before, just to try to relieve a few more of their shares)!?

Me too Panama, and my only concern is that we are going to eventually get ''shafted'' with a low T/O price at some point, and having taken all the 'early risk' robbed of the full value of what we have!

Hope I'm wrong, but time will tell.

We're still over 5p higher than we were this time last year ffs! (So unless my maths is shot that's an increase of around 46%! in 12 months!)

Some people have no patience! I'm currently £420k odd down on paper from the recent highs earlier this year but am I worried? No!

Any take-over bid would no doubt be pitifully low, which is why (IMHO) they are ******* around with the sp to wear us down (well some of us) in the hope they'd get it through.
