My question however would be that if Havieron does in fact turn out to be a huge a district scale deposit and NC will be enjoying decades of large profits from what could prove to be the largest mine in Australia, would they worry or even care?!?

Bottom line IMO is we will either get screwed over or we won't. Nothing we can do about it but sit tight a wait to see how it all plays out. I know I will be and would be buying even more at these levels if I had the funds (which I don't).

Personally I try not to think of it as money as such and what it could buy (hard I know) but try to see it as just 'numbers on a score board' (my H&L ISA Account).

Down some £450k since January's highs on paper, but still up over 1444% as of today on my total investment (been here since 2014) so I suppose it's a bit easier for me than for others on here.

They can fuk with the sp all they want, personally I'm not going anywhere and eventually (who knows when) we'll be enjoying either the fruits of a T/O (at hopefully many times more than today's SP) or tasty ongoing annual dividends (my personal preference)

(this blatant manipulation still gets to me at times admittedly though!)

Here's hoping that tonight's results will be everything we hope for after the previous disappointments experienced throughout 2021, but whatever happens I won't be holding my breath for any uplift in tomorrow's sp.

Not selling any of my 2m + golden tickets though, as waiting for the T/O or Divis, so please wake me up once we get there!

I was in similar position with ESSA Oil where those fine upstanding gentlemen the Ruia brothers originally floated the Company at around £5 only to drive the price down over a number of years before taking it private again in December 2015 (with the help of the Russians) for around 60p if my memory serves me well! Luckily I bought in late made a few hundred quid (although could have made much more) but a lot of people (including IIs) lost stacks!

They then 'let the brakes off ' and have made a fortune since. (Been milking Stanlow Oil Refinery too it seems https://www.easterneye.biz/ruia-brothers-took-518m-dividends-from-ailing-stanlow-oil-refinery-since-2017/)
