1135.43% increase in 7 years for me at Fridays closing sp, so I too will stick with GGP thanks!

Well the way I look at it (FWIW) is that should my existing holding in fact be reduced from 800,000 to 8,000 through the suggested 100:1 consolidation then wouldn't my current loss of 43.64% (i.e. £26,016.07 in real terms) require an increase of £3.25 per share in order to break even as opposed to 3.25 pence per share?

I know which of the above increase per share is more likely to be achievable and so know which I would prefer!

It's a big NO vote to that level of consolidation from me.

Finally I have seen suggestions of JPM's involvement which should that prove true would seriously make me reassess my investment here as whenever those crooks get involved it never ends well IMHE! :-(

Having just caught up on today's posts I have been overwhelmed and so very touched by the numerous kind messages, words of encouragement and offers of advice received throughout the day, so thank you to all of you from the bottom of my heart.

We have such an excellent caring and supportive group of fantastic individuals on this BB (in the main) and I am so very grateful for the informed contributions that they make and reassurance that these provide.

Just hope that either GGP or SAR deliver the goods sooner rather than later as having just lost my father yesterday and having been his carer for the last 6 years have no income as such now he's no longer with us. Furthermore having just turned 57 on Monday my employment prospects are also probably somewhat rather limited.

Also now facing a future IHT bill which I'm hoping won't mean the difference between having to choose to sell my shares for far less than they are really worth or selling the family home that I was raised in (and currently occupy) to pay it!? :-(

MatBlack - Luckily my average on GGP is 1.1p (ben invested nearly 7 years now) so I am still on a ''12 Bagger'' and although I'm 43% odd down on my SAR investment, it was made with some of my GGP profits.

We both know GGP will be massive (once the sp 'games' we've seen played over the last 12 months finally cease) and I truly hope that my decision to purchase 800,000 shares in SAR with (some of my profits) is not one I live to regret?

Silverfoil13 - It certainly is human nature to hold on for more as had I sold my entire GGP holding this time last year I'd have been £750k the richer, having now seen them drop 12 months later (by some £500K) from 37p to the current 14p odd! :-(

Still have full confidence that the ATH will be breached again at some point as first gold due out of the ground at Hav within next two years, which will provide a constant revenue stream to grow Company going forward.

Having worked at the BOA in Sydney Australia (within their Corporate Finance Dept.) in the mid 90's I can agree with that statement 100% Speedy!!!

TBH I have often wondered whether or not 'Beetroot' might have something to do with the sp manipulation we've seen over the last 12 months.

I think the term for it is 'laddering' Sixthavenue (so I've been led to believe) and we have been suffering from it for many months now over at GGP! :-(

I've lost just over £25K on my total investment here since first jumping on board last July at 7.16p, and it's going to be even harder to claw that back post any consolidation IMHO!

Havieron was our 'once in several generations' find and the odds of finding another like it are very much stacked against us IMHO.

However, if they were to sell Havieron in its entirety (which I believe we won't get any say in anyhow!) then I'm out (but hopefully with a good profit having taken all the early risk when investing nearly 8 years ago now!)

Correct, I first bought 115,527 shares on 5/7 at 7.16p and then a subsequent 684,473 on 23/7 at 7.5p (so my average is 7.45p)

First took a look at SAR after they were mentioned on the GGP board (where I had been invested since 2014 at an average of 1.1p) and having been impressed with the science sold a relatively small percentage of my GGP holding at 18.1p to invest here.

Whilst I am happy to hold for as long as it takes (especially as my holding has been financed 100% from some of the profits made in GGP) to hopefully see this reach its full potential, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't concerned about PH's involvement and the potential forthcoming consolidation, as IMHO there is a chance that we could get royally screwed over and be left with far less of the potential long term value this share could very well offer.

Whilst I wouldn't sniff at 11.25p, I would be hoping for far far more over time.
