Well we'll soon be a 'penny share' again at this rate no doubt (and now only sitting on a near 60% £39.5k real money loss!!)

Yup! We get ours from Ferring Nurseries near where we live in Worthing and they are supplied apparently by the wood that comes from managing the Duke of Norfolk's Estate at Arundel.

Still living in my late father's house at the moment which has an open fire (which is really nice) whereas our own home is gas centrally heated (which my father's thankfully doesn't have).

Had two lorry loads of logs delivered just before Christmas (at £245 each) and still got well over a load and a half left. Definitely the way to go IMO.

A mate of mine recently admitted that when he last gave a meter reading for his gas and electric he inflated the readings considerably somewhat so that although in effect he would get charged in advance for what he hadn't yet used over the next few months, it would be at the ''old rate'' thus saving him money in the long run.

Actually, the real show featured the characters Master Mate, Tom the Cabin Boy and the pirates Barnabas and Willy. (OK, that last one is a bit funny).

Creator John Ryan actually won settlements from several newspapers which claimed the show had such smutty names, and the BBC had even taken it off the air because of the rumours.

Comedy duo Victor Lewis-Smith and Paul Sparks claimed credit for starting the rumours, while the naughty names have also been attributed to a Richard Digance sketch.

Sorry to disappoint. (But at least HAV won't!!)
