Yeah but at what price? In less than 6 months our 'Year High' will have dropped substantially and my long term fear has always been that we're going to get robbed of the truly huge long term potential upside!

Having been invested now for over 7 years (and having taken all of the risks along with many others here) I certainly don't want to find myself and my family being 'short changed'!

Still all out of our hands so can only sit back and hope.

In answer to your question, I first bought into GGP in July 2014 and have continued buying even after Newmont walked.

TBH I have also been getting seriously fcuked off more and more as of late with the blatent sp manipulation (IMO) that we've seen for most of this year (e.g. great news, sp falls, WTF!!) as well as seeing my holding in GGP having taken a £400k + paper hit since the beginning of the year!

So I took the decision (rightly or wrongly) that some of my still considerable profits (ave 1.1p) could be better invested in the interim, before ploughing any profits that I hope to make back into GGP (as I still have 100% faith that this will eventually come good, just IMO a few years away rather than months!) before the 'big one' lands.

Right decision so far as I am currently 10% up on the share I bought with the sale proceeds in under two weeks, meaning if sold out tomorrow I could buy back another 90,960 shares on top of replacing those GGP shares sold (at today's closing prices).

Still the plan, and for how long I'll wait (and how many more additional shares I'll end up with) I don't know. Even if I find myself at the time paying 36p so be it (hopefully I'll still end up with more shares!)

Yes it's a gamble and yes I could still miss 'the big one' if I wait too long, but as I still hold 1,718,232 in my ISA and 286,294 in my Pension I'm sure I'll survive! ;-)

Totally agree Spank.the.monkey (just have to look at the rest of my Portfolio!) although thankfully my investment in GGP, 7 years ago now, has covered ALL of my historical losses and left me still sitting on a 15 bagger and a low to mid 6 figure paper profit .

So glad I was recommended this share, and currently hoping that 'lightning' will in fact 'strike twice'! ;-)

Yup, first bought into GGP back in July 2014 at 0.42p (oh hindsight!) adding over the years and averaging down (with borrowed money - I know!) after Newmont walked as not prepared to take such a huge (for me) hit.

Total investment £22,016 and today worth £285,212 (had been as much as £750k in January before Scally results, when I'm sure most of us now wish we'd sold some!?) after having sold £51k's worth to buy in here after a tip from Rebster on the GGP board (thanks Rebster!).

Swore I'd never sell any of my GGP, but sick to death of the blatant manipulation and shorting going on (IMO) to keep the sp price artificially suppressed (really getting on my (.)(.)s TBH!)

Still hold just over 2m shares in my pension and ISA at an average of 1.1p (and wifey has just over 237,000 shares in her's)

Now convinced I'll be able to recoup some, if not all, of my lost paper profit on GGP here (and looking good so far!) and far quicker than the several years I now believe it will take to get fair value for GGP.

If all goes well, I'll still invest some of my profits from here back into GGP, as have full faith in where the company is heading long term, but want to see some better returns in the meantime (as not getting any younger).

First Pharma share invested in and totally amazed at the potential figures involved with Licencing and T/O deals.

Excited for the future! :-)

Well I only bought in for the very first time myself on the 5/7 and topped up on the 23/7 (using some of my GGP profits where I've been invested since 2014) .

Already 12% up at COP today!

Really grateful for the initial tip, as well as the mine of information available from some of the posters on this chat board.

Have learnt loads, extremely happy with my investment (800k shares at a 7.45p average) and expecting great things to come.

Did something I swore I'd never do last week and sold £51k's worth at 18.1p

Put it all into another share which I believe will deliver far sooner than GGP (which is already over 3% up, whilst watching GGP continue to slide).

Still hold a decent amount (just over 2m shares in an ISA and SIPP) and any and all profits will find there way back here eventually (at whatever price they may be at the time) as still have full confidence that true value here will out eventually.

Just sick of seeing the sp slide, and trying to recoup some of the now £400k in lost paper profits since January.

If all goes to plan then my holding in GGP will be substantially increased.

Still convinced that GGP will come (very) good over time, so your 23p will seem very cheap at some point (remember it's already hit 36p in January!!).

I was invested when Newmont walked (dark times) but refused to lock in such a huge (for me anyway) loss as well as being wracked with guilt at having spaffed away the modest inheritance my dear grandad had left me, so I held and borrowed some money (yes I know!!) to average down.

Luckily it paid off, just as I am confident SAR will too! :-)

If I'm honest I'm hoping for a (multi-bag) complete T/O north of a £1 (I know, don't sell us short!) within the next year before ploughing it all back into GGP.

Alternatively I'd be just happy to wait as long as it takes (within reason, being 56!) to get to Thoth's £10+.

(Just prefer to have the 'when to sell' decision taken out of my hands on any share I hold just so I don't spend the rest of my life thinking 'if only I'd held'!)
