Correct me if I'm wrong but I was always under the impression that any offer would have to match the highest sp over the last 12 months at a bare minimum? That's 37.5p.

Not that great agreed but still higher than your 25p. Plus as Kempey said ''don't forget there are other companies who might be prepared to offer more''

Would prefer we remain intact until Hav is producing, however a nice bidding war would be interesting.

Same here, now down around 15 bags (£330k in paper profit) since December's high but still sitting on 18.5 bags!

£305k down now in lost paper profit since December's recent highs, but the only thing that is really p i s s i n g me off is that I have no other funds with which to top up at these ridiculously low levels!! (Even started researching spread-betting!)

Patience is all that is required now IMHO, as this will re-rate (eventually) to way beyond what we saw last December!

Lived and worked there in the mid 90's (for the Bank of America - within their Corporate Finance Division - in George Street, directly opposite the MLC Centre) and still miss it now.

Lived in Oyster Bay in a property overlooking the water(near Janelli) and used to commute an hour or so each way daily by train, on a weekly season ticket that only cost A$12 (about £5 back then) for the week (inc. the Weekend!!).

If you missed your first train a second always arrived within 10 minutes, and not only that you could ALWAYS get a seat.

(Try matching that on the Brighton to Victoria on all counts!)

Last went back for a month's holiday in 2002 (although my old landlady does tell me that it has changed a great deal since then and not always for the better!) :-(

(Uncle, Aunt and many cousins, and their kids (and their kids!) all in Perth, so once the sp hits the £1+ mark might consider moving back, who knows?)

That was me and its around £215K-ish now, but I'm still not bothered?!?! ;-)

Been invested here for nearly 7 years now and will be here for another 7 unless we are bought out sooner (and still in profit by over half a mill (29 + bags) that's why!)

Anyone with half a brain (and who isn't moaning about the drop because they are a trader with fcuk all patience) knows that this will be nowhere near this price (or the previous 37p high we saw before Christmas) in seven years time, and probably far sooner!!

Don't waste your breath mate! Some people wouldn't believe what's coming if it was staring them in the face, and certainly won't be interested in looking into what they consider ''conspiracy theories'' (I know I've tried!)

When the ''Great Reset'' currently being pushed by the World Economic Forum, (try looking out for the many politicians that have already been talking about it), comes some people are going to be in for a shock (unless ''a rabbit gets pulled out of the hat'' in the USA before the 20th ;-) )

15p + a year Divi? Hell with my holding I'd be ecstatic with 5p + (tax-free as held in an ISA!) so long as we don't have to wait decades to get it (being the wrong side of 55 now! :-( )

In you're opinion, but with my current profit standing at £617,983.31 (was over £750k last week, as it certainly will be again and then some!) on an initial £22k investment 6 years ago now would tend to indicate that I made the correct choice. ;-)

99.95% of the value of my entire portfolio is in GGP with the 0.005% in 7 other holdings which are are an absolute disaster (The £30K originally invested across these is now worth £232.83, which shows you (a) how risky AIM can be, and (b) how b l o o d y awesome this share is as well as being an extremely rare 'once in several lifetimes' opportunity!! AIMO of course).

To summarise, if I hadn't discovered this share care of a company (forget its name) trying to entice me into CFDs with their free ''Top 10 Shares With Potential'' guide I'd be financially screwed. (NB: Its other recommendations were amongst my seven other s H I T E holdings, so I think that we both just got lucky!? LOL)

Quitefrankly

Despite the drop I am still siting on a paper profit of £617,983.31 at today's close (28 bags) so it's not such a big deal as I am still massively (for me) up overall (2m holding at a 1.1p average).

Been invested here since summer of 2014 and I'll admit that at the very beginning the slightest drop made me very nervous, (even more so when Newmont walked), especially as my portfolio was down massively in the red until it was eventually saved by this share.

Over the years I have learned to 'read the various signs' so to speak in addition to being reassured by the many excellent contributors on this board who are too numerous to mention.

I have also learnt to simply look at these profits (or losses) as simply 'figures on a board' rather than real money (which helps to keep me sane) as I find that once you start to look at it as real money and start to think ''I'm now down by the value of that Porsche or that boat I had always dreamed of'' then fingers can get a bit twitchy.

In any case I am fortunate enough to be in the position that the sp would have to fall massively (below 2.5p) before my ISA was in the red overall.

As a result I haven't sold a single share and don't intend to for the foreseeable future (too much going on with hopefully far more great news to come throughout this year) with my original 2.5p target (just to see my portfolio break even!) now revised to Mickey's £1.44 (at least!).

Confident it's coming, just not sure how quickly it will get here so patience is the key.

A stonking Scally RNS Monday would be a nice Birthday present too, but it'll arrive when it's good and ready.

2021 is going to be our year!! ;-)
