I gave up working to look after my dad some 4 + years ago now (after having been made redundant) but my younger brother still has to suffer the stresses and pressure of corporate life!

Just hoping to be able to put him in the same position as myself in as much no longer having to work, and if we see Mickey's £1.44 at any point that will become a reality!

(He is invested in GP also but only holds 60,000 odd shares)

50p a share will see me hit £1m which would be beyond my wildest dreams, and I have no doubt it will happen at some point.

To think that it was only around a year ago that I was hoping for 2.4p so that I could break even on all of my other losses (£30k odd invested in other AIM stocks and now worth around £300!!)

Your £1.44 prediction would see my brother be able to retire too, so fingers crossed eh!!??

The stupid thing is that I'm not even trying to transferring out of their Pension!!

The sale of current ''investments'' (if you can call them that as the returns have been shocking!) and purchase of GGP is all being made within the exact same Pension Funds FFS!!

Just hoping no RNS drops first thing Monday (as funds are still not available in spite of our Aviva Pension funds showing the the amount were are awaiting upon is currently held in cash).

The rise since Tuesday has, in my wife's case, already cost her 37,000 lost shares!!

First time ever I've been willing the share price not to go up any further (for the time being)!! LOL.

Thanks mate! I'll have another £70k to invest (between me and the wife) and was hoping to get it in at around 23p (tops), but I think I'm going to end up paying more!

Still will doubtlessly make money whatever I get in at, but it would have been nice to have gotten the extra shares!

Well if my IFA didn't take '5 working days' to get some of my pension money out of the s h i t funds he's currently got me invested in (Pension Fund having increased all of 2.92% in 2 years FFS!!) then I too would have ''loaded up fully''.

(Just wish I'd followed my ''gut'' and put the lot in back when we were sub 2p, which at the time I was tempted to do before being talked out of it!)

Just checked my account and it appears the funds are in fact available, so I've just sent him an email and am just hoping he pulls his fcking finger out tomorrow first thing and gets my shares bought before this rockets!!!

I've just instructed my IFA earlier today to divest some of the crappy performing investments they've put me into in both my wife and my own pension funds, and to put it all into GGP.

Have been told it will take 5 working days to do so, so just hoping that the price doesn't rise too much before the middle of next week as we will have another £70k between us to invest.

(We all know where this is going now, and all that is needed is patience!)

Tesla's after-sales service is shocking!

They have no 'used vehicle' network (only interested in sales, nothing more) and will only take a p/x for another Tesla.

If I'd have sold after Newcrest walked I would have ''locked in'' almost the loss of my entire portfolio (nearly all the money my late grandad had left me).

I didn't and despite this week's ''carnage'' am still £357,983.31 in profit (on a total investment of £22,016)!

Has to be your decision ultimately and admittedly drops like this are scary, but in my experience with this share over 6 years now they are only temporary, and it has always eventually recovered back to new highs in the sp.

Many investors here (many of whom have far more invested and have been doing this for far longer than I) believe this to be a once in a lifetime opportunity for those prepared to be patient and wait, as do I.

£3 would be a dream!! (Although I'd probably settle for £1.50, as with a 2m holding in an ISA and another 110k in my Pension that should do it to be fair!)

An eventual annual dividend north of 5p would be my ideal preferred outcome though.

All that is needed now is patience IMHO.

I don't have any kids of my own, so if it all goes to plan my only nephew and his future family (as he's only 16) will be set for life (hopefully!?) and will no doubt tell tales of their ''Mad Uncle Matt'' who invested in a Gold Explorer!

I will certainly however (once we have finally arrived at our ''destination'') be ''raising a glass'' to my dear late maternal Grandfather as without the modest inheritance he left me none of it would have been possible.
