...why the market has a such a downer on this stock for the last two years. Growth rates have been consistently positive ,dividends pushed higher, all combined with a single digit PE. Debt levels have been rising based on investments to cope with new clients, but improving Free cashflow should see that start to fall. Other thing often mentioned is the weak Euro - well guess what? The euro is up against the £ by more than 10% over the last 3 months, so even that trend is now going for the Company. Clearly the market is only going to change its view slowly on this stock, but hopefully, she'll be a lovely slow burner for 2016!

EPS of 5.18p announced today (plus doubling of free cash flow). Maybe I should go into stock analysis full time...!!

You're miles away Chris. EPS in 2014 was 4.6p. Trading statement in January suggested op profits up 12% in 2015. If we apply the 12% growth to last years EPS we get 5.2p for 2015, and a PE of 8x. How d'you like dem onions?

...yet the HCM price has cratered. They've announced the listing today, but don't be surprised if it gets pulled - not great markets for an issue!

I just got this as well. Seems unlikely to be terrible news - after all, who would invite shareholders just so they can be shouted at!! It does at least show they have some regard for us!

....and the stock was hugely overvalued prior to buying Blancco back in 2014 given what they just sold the rest of the business for...?

I suppose the only question mark is whether the sale of a business generating sales of £185m for £80m is a bit cheap...?

So, what I hadn't quite appreciated was how much of the business had been sold ie the whole of depot solutions AND Advanced solutions so leaving just the software - sales of £15mn, but tripled in size last year with very healthy margins and cash flow. Let's assume that growth slows this year down to 100%, so sales are £30m. I think a price to sales of about 5x for a business like this, would be fair, ie £150m. Add back the £50m we're getting paid back, then you get to a price target today of 260p. So, that's my thoughts, anyone else? Come on Rivaldo, where are you?

Astonishing performance - how many companies in today's markets could shift 14% of their stock in a few hours! This should clear the way to move towards my £20 price target now!

So, sale of aftermarket arm for about half the firm's mkt cap, and a return to shareholders of on-third of mkt cap. This leaves a vibrant and growing software business - fantastic deal, and I think the share price has a way to run yet. More than a relief bounce now I'd say JS....?;)

Expect a bit of weakness tomorrow morning on this news, but quickly dispelled when the market happily absorbs another chunk of this excellent Company (provided it does so as easily as it did last time - though that was only 4%). Wizard still have another 17% which I guess will come over the next year or so, but shouldn't be a problem.

Agreed. The performance of this share over the past 6 months has been mystifying frankly. Pretty much all news flow has been good, and even the Sterling Euro rate has gone back in their favor over the past 3 months or so. Quality, cheap, and growing - Not a bad combo at all. For me, 70p over the next 12 months seems entirely attainable - strong buy!

I think that the 500k was to be converted into shares - not looking great for the lender now!! To be honest,- and in no sense trying to be smug here as I will have lost the thick end of £10k - I did not invest more than I could afford to lose. So, painful, bit won't affect my standard of living now, or in the future. As a general rule, you really shouldn't invest ANY money in shares that you can't afford to lose unless you're very diversified by market/sector/geography etc etc - certainly not one or a small number of AIM mining stocks. PRG could still come good I suppose, but even if it does, the experience of being an investor here should be a salient lesson to us all.

Well I think we can safely say that yesterday was NOT happy Tuesday. That said, all issues were legacy and already known. It's this year that will be key, post acquisitions etc. I Would imagine that all those folks who took the placing aren't feeling great (though they're in in it for the long term of course...)!!
