Guess it wasn't too oversubscribed then. Having opened at a paltry $14 on Nasdaq, it's now down to just above issue price at $13.6. Hence feels like they needed to go down to $13.5 to get it away. The Company's broker should be sacked as they have clearly advised the Company very poorly regarding this issue and its pricing.

...I think the management needs to be asked why they decided to sell around 7% of the Company at a 20% discount!! Surely they realized this would have a material effect on the London quote! Quite poor behavior in my view. Yes I know it's a long term story blah blah......

I read $16.33 in a couple of places prior to today so assumed this was the price - clearly not. Only a 4% reduction in UK today not a bad result considering, but the NASDAQ price will still have to get up to $16 to sustain it. These type of issues for relatively small amounts are often priced to go to raise interest, but I do feel we've been diluted a bit too much in the short term.

Positive for them (US buyers), yes. Less great for us in UK, at least in the short term anyway. We'll see...

..that's a bit of a shocker - priced at $13.50!! Stock will have to rise by more 20% on NASDAQ just to get back to yesterday's UK close! My $18.5 might be looking a bit optimistic!

So, pretty decent numbers, but is anyone thinking the same as me: 10% growth for a PE multiple of over 25x is a bit rich now? might be time to lighten a bit more methinks?

Agree. I bought more yesterday at 53.6p, and if it falls below 50p I'll buy some more. This is a company with a fairly unique position in aquaculture given deals over the last 3 years, which is now investing heavily in R&D. First signs of fruits from their labour should have a significant effect on shareprice. Multiple is now less than 2x sales which feels way too cheap versus peers.

Possibly, but BREXIT, if it happens, is likely see Sterling fall sharply, and this company earns a lot overseas (which when translated back to Sterling will increase!)

Having taken money out above £3, I started putting it back today. Now below 25x this years earnings and 20x next - good value for this quality growth stock.

Continued miserable performance since the results - not sure whether this one large seller shedding his position or whether driven by disaffected small shareholders. Whilst legacy risks still exist, the opportunity to buy this stock in the mid-50's looks like a fantastic opportunity. However, I can't see a significant recovery until we see the first concrete numbers from the newly merged group.

I understand that Slater is still very positive, but is actually now bumping up against his self-imposed maximum holding limit of 10% of his portfolio. As such, he will need to reduce his position into any strength. Good news about NSDQ listing is that it should create a new cohort of buyers from the US who can absorb any extra shares.

I don't know JS, you've generally been more right than most on this stock as it's fallen over the last 6 months ( and I include myself in the 'most') . More generally, if you invest in small and mid-caps, then you're going to eat a lot of humble pie - even the best professional investors only get two-thirds of their decisions right, so that's a quite a lot of stuff that goes wrong, even for them ! There's no doubt that this Company has some issues currently, but I think they're quite well discounted in the price now. We'll see....
