Well I've just bought some more at 246p. Demand remains intact, whilst the huge investment cycle is now coming to an end which should see a strong recovery in margins and free cash flow.

Ah, looks like there's a full year trading statement out on Monday, so a bit of nervousness ahead of that maybe? Fingers crossed!

Yes, although given the share price this morning, it turns out it's £1 for £1!! We now the form here though as we've seen it a few times- initial fall back towards the offer price, followed by a sustained recovery!

so, final Wizard placing announced. Good news IMO as this will pretty much be it with 80% of the holding going in this placing, and the rest distributed to Wizard 'members' and 'partners'. If previous book builds are anything to go on, expect this to be sown up by mid-morning tomorrow. I do expect an initial fall in share price tomorrow as a lot of institutional demand is soaked up at a discount, but as before, expect a fairly steady recovery afterwards. £20 here we come!!

...back to 290p having dropped to 240p a month or so ago. Heading back to 320p now I think.

So, now trading on less than 16x last years earnings. I think 20x or £18 would be a fairer level, so that would be my medium-term price target.

Worst investment you have ever made??!! Really!! Then you must have invested in 2010/11 because the stock is still within 10% of it's high since this period, so hard to imagine it's your worst (unless of course every other stock pick has been genius!!)

So the price for the tender was set at 240p. I'm struggling a bit to see why the stock price has now fallen back to 213p. Aside from this making this (now) go-go growth stock appear cheap, I would have thought that those who sold in the tender offer might now want to buy back in 12% lower down!! Oh well......

Last year, the Company released a trading statement at the end of April for yr ending March. I'm not sure whether this was just because of the Salmosan profits warning or a regular announcement? I for one would dearly like to hear how the new merged group is doing and would prefer not to have to wait till June!! Some good news on this could see a very sharp improvement in the price from these levels IMO.

Looks like Henderson are still cutting their holding. With PE on this years earnings back below 20x I'm a buyer this morning.

How did the Company respond to questions re Nasdaq listing Davey? Surely there must have been some shareholder grumbling about this?

Wow, thought it was overvalued at £25 but can't believe it's fallen back into the £16's. Definitely worth adding at this level I think!

Agreed - which makes the lack of upward movement in the stock price this morning somewhat perplexing!!
