It popped up by 4% last thing on Friday - I think this just reverses that to some extent.

We haven't seen any evidence of leaks on this stock that I've seen. Generally the news come out when it's ready with little hint from the share price in advance.

....showing another acquisition which is in line with their stated strategy, and is earnings accretive in year 1. In addition, it's a decent size, so should really move the dial!

I see Generation Investment management now holds 19% of the company! Certainly explains the bounce from earlier in the year. Presumably they can't buy too much more, and I'm wondering what happens when they stop....?

...today on Liquiband Exceed. Stock up to 180p now - any price targets anyone? I think I might lighten my position having bought in at 60p.

To be fair though, the current stock price already expects future growth to be well in excess of past results I think. the stock isn't without risk at this level IMHO.

Agree that he might reduce. I'm not certain he actually sets any limits, but the stock was around 10% of his portfolios at end September (price ~£18). This implies it may have got above 15% at its peak a few days ago - he may well feel that that is too much concentration.

Today would be a better day to start building you position I'd say.

Yes Suth, but to be honest, when has it NOT gone to the wire in this stock. Lets's hope for next week or the week after, but as the Scout's say, Be Prepared*....... (*for it to be later...) ;))

...that the directors are selling. Always a bit of a warning signal, and in this company, frankly a bit mystifying given the very positive statements from the management. Anyone else got thoughts on this?

So, reaction of the price predictable, but honestly, how many stocks could fill an accelerated book build for 4% of the company in 3 hours - very impressive. Now obviously, this has taken out a chunk of potential/latent demand, so the stock may drift for a time, but I expect the next trading statement to re-affirm this company's growth credentials, and upward price momentum to continue.

..today by the look of it. Minuscule volume - mind you, the spread might have something to do with that! Looks like the MMs don't really want to be caught long or short with RNS's in the offing.
