It's his biggest holding 'cause it's gone up so much - though to be fair, he has deliberately not to sold any. I have to thank him though, as he was the man who told me about the stock in the first place (at £3). Up another 10% today - astonishing!

As you predicted 50g. I agree that the stock has further to run, and I expect the next trading update to confirm that.

That's great. Only one problem - I think that AH is a very poor financial journalist, just regurgitating what a few close contacts that he has in the City tell him. Reason I say this is that he recently wrote an article on something which I was personally involved in and hence very familiar with the subject. His article was full of half truths, and headline grabbing twaddle. Not saying that's the case here, but I have very little confidence in him TBH....

I tend to ignore the buys and sells on this Board TBH. Essentially they simply reflect whether the price is closer to the bid or the offer and hence it's a guesstimate as to whether a pi has bought from/sold to a market maker or the other way around. Then again, most MMs are actually implementing orders from institutional investors who are also bonafide buyers and sellers, so not sure what the share trade board tells us apart from volumes. LSE chat is littered with comments about 'there's loads more buys than sells yet the stocks falling - how does that happen?' but in truth, it's because the share trades board is misleading. There is on incontrovertible fact about any open market: If there are more buyers than sellers, then the price will rise until this is equalized (and vice versa).

No probs albion, glad to help. Agreed - I have to say, the long-term outlook looks extremely positive, but always the potential for some short to medium term disruption. If you're a newish investor, and you're happy to live through some volatility, I think this is a good share to have picked.

If you're referring to the share trades shown on this bulletin board, then you should know that the 'sells' and 'buys' simply refers to whether the transaction occurred nearer the bid or the offer. In fact, every trade by definition has to have a buyer and a seller, (even if one is a market maker) with the price is the clearing mechanism which equates demand and supply for shares. Given that the stock was actually up yesterday, it's fair to assume that there were more buyers than sellers at the start of the day, and it required a higher price to equate the two.

Wow, that's pretty compelling viewing. I was thinking of lightening up over £2 but I think I'll hold off. Haven't heard from jollspeculator for a while - What do think of Blancco's cash flow propects JS?

Agreed. And vice versa for a buyer.

Huge sell = Huge buy which happens to be nearer the bid than the offer. You say tomahtoes, I say tomaytoes ;))
