Lse, I have an ISA account and a Stocks/Shares account. The funds are placed into the stocks/shares account (non isa) and used to pay for the placement share allocation in the ISA. Some email correspondence is required with your broker but I have had no issues doing this.

Quickbuck, I have done this 3 times this year with HL. ODX, SAE and AVCT placements. I just had to add the funds to my stocks and shares acc (non ISA) and these funds were used to purchase the placement shares that were allocated into my ISA account.

Max, Yes they will. There should be details in the Corporate actions section of their website as well.

Offer should be 1 in 30 odd by the look of it but you can always ask for extra and hope for the best!

The Conditional Placing and the Open Offer are conditional, inter alia, upon Shareholders approving the respective Resolutions at the General Meeting. The Company intends to publish and send a circular (the "Circular") on or around 15 October 2020 to shareholders, which will convene the General Meeting in order to propose the necessary Resolutions to authorise the Directors to allot the Conditional Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares for cash free of statutory pre-emption rights. It will also contain the terms and conditions of the Open Offer. The Circular will be available on the Company's website: www.synairgen.com."

Roger, Usually you have a few weeks to pay (prior to the general meeting) but I have not seen the details of this in the RNS.

Max, To add further. I had fully allocated my ISA (20k) for the year. I have since been involved in 4 placements and used new funds to purchase these shares within the ISA...... a little bonus to the allowance for the year!

Max, you will not need to sell anything in your ISA. You are allowed to use funds to pay for the new placement shares and the new shares will go into the ISA account. I have done this many times with no issues with HL.

I think this trial will be completed at warp speed.

It appears preparations for the phase 3 are well advanced so I would expect first patients to be dosed in November and it should be very easy to fill the 900 patients based on the current uptrend in Covid and the widespread nature of the trial.

This is the RNS we have been waiting for. It outlines the huge amount of work that the company has been doing for the past 3 months and we have a path forward to approval for early 2021 with a commitment to production of a large quantity of product.

The phase 3 trial will be filled very quickly this winter with increasing cases throughout the world. Much of the ground work has been done and I expect after the book build tomorrow we will hear very quickly of commencement of trials in the US and UK. We will have strong news flow over the coming months.

With regard to the share price. If it drops tomorrow to 175 so what. On the 21st of September the share price was 177 and on Friday the 9th Sept it was 176. The period in between it was much lower. What people need to remember is we had a placing in March to get through phase 11. Look what that did for the value of this company!

Unlikely. Its possible their won't be a peer review until the data is ready for publication which imo will come after an ema approval.

Just went through these. Approx 1.9 mil volume. 1.1mil (vol) were sells when checked against yesterday’s spreads. Hopefully a TR1 soon to see what the ii’s are up to.
