Have just looked at the trades this morning. Buys outnumber sells 2:1 today. The 10,000 seller has stopped with only 4 of those sells going through this morning and thankfully the share price has responded.

I have no idea why government's aren't talking about it but based on the news yesterday that the government is now only looking at strategy to deal with international travel (this affects my business massively), considering we have been in this since March, I don't think they have any ****ing idea about how to deal with this pandemic! Absolute shambles!

Computer we have been through this.... peer review is purely for publication of data in an appropriate journal. It has nothing to do with government agency review of data.... It might appease the media and public however.

The clinigen deal means that you can get it. Your GP needs to fill out a lot of paperwork but they can get you the drug.

Roger probably just a glitch in the lse site. No one is changing them. When you drop these into yesterday’s trades the trade price matches up with those that were reported yesterday. The bid/ask and hence the buy/sell is meaningless on these late reports.

Anyway a week to go and I think all will be revealed!

Bella that would make sense. There is someone selling a large amount. Has been happening since the clinigen rns and someone is mopping them all up. These late reported trades are nearly equal amounts buys and sells each day that I have looked at them.

I put all the trades in a spreedsheet and correct for the bid/ask at time of print. Absolutely no point looking at lse buy/sell reporting

Had a quick look at the trades today due to drop. There will be a few more late reports which I will add in later....

Total sold: 806,430
Total buys: 904,545

Large trades (10000) sold: 130,000
Large trades (10000) buys: 220,000

Draw your own conclusions but I think we are being played!

It's dropping on no volume. Ignore it. Keep reading the brilliant research posted on this board and have confidence in your fundamentals.

Just put those late reported trades into the spreadsheet from Friday.

Buys 230k shares
Sells 155k shares

So last week share price dropped from 177p to 160p. Yet buys outweighed sells on every single day! MM's accumulating in readiness for the big rise or filling an order?

The 10k's are 50:50 buys and sells. We are due some TR1's though on both sides.

The last high volume day (1st Oct):

Large buys: 740k shares
Large Sells: 720k shares

Even on Friday when volume was much lower they were pretty much even.

Large buys: 235k shares
Large Sells: 255k shares

Appears to me there has been an agreed sale in the £1.5 -£1.6 range between two II's.

It will happen. Just a little more patience is required. The fundamentals are strong.

SirSwish, that could very well be the case but if so surely we would have heard about this need, via rns that further trial/data was required, before now.

Peer review is solely for the purposes of having the research published in a journal. The purpose of peer review is for the dataset to be critically looked at by experts in their respective field to ensure accuracy of the data and claims being made by the scientists before publication of the paper written by said scientists.

A peer review does give the dataset credibility and may help from a PR perspective. Also a paper won’t be published without one. However I certainly don’t believe in Synairgen’s case the peer review is holding approvals back. The agency’s assessing Synairgen’s Covid hospitalised dataset will be completely capable of assessing the trial protocol and results and making a judgement on whether emergency use should be granted or further trial data is needed, whether there is a peer review or not.

All a peer review will do is ensure the results will be written up in a highly respected medical journal.

Not sure why any of this is relevant or being discussed at this stage. This all happened in April. The documents are dated 16th of April. On the 26th March we raised funds to increase production of Interferon and develop the supply chain.... only 3 weeks earlier than the decision to remove us from the recovery trial. Obviously the company realised in March this needed to be done in order to be included in studies like this and become a relevant treatment in this pandemic. We heard in very recently that we can now scale up to 100,000 doses per month by 2021.

This decision was made at a time when we didn't have enough doses to participate in the recovery trial. Simple.

My first post on this board. Firstly great research OHS. I would have missed the NRW correspondence if I hadn't checked in here today.

I believe this project and company has huge potential long term. While the delay is disappointing and may drag the price down in the short term, in the overall timeline of this project and the company's future it is a small delay.

Obviously we all would have preferred for the permit to be sorted asap as would de-risk our investment substantially but I now view this as an opportunity to keep building a position if the price gets back into the teens.
