If there is going to be a fundraise it is to produce millions of doses of SNG001 which will also mean this drug is going to be approved, many people's lives will be saved and everyone here will be in a better financial position than they are now.

I have seen many shares fundraise and their price soar afterwards when the raise is done for the right purposes.

Tyla, So its you driving the price down ;-). Not sure you can read a lot 5k/10k as like you say PI's will also trade in these amounts. Main take away for me is that the mm's can drive the price down by concentrating these large trades early in the day and panicking people to sell............ and that for the past 3 days buys have outweighed sells!

Info, yep much prefer when price is going up! Will take a look at the delayed for tomorrow and hopefully we will be back up over £2.

Again the large delayed trades (printed the day after sold) again pretty much equal each other out again today.

So not sure there is much point in continuing to analyse trades like this over the coming days but it helped me to get my head around this drop being an orchestrated share collecting exercise by the mm's rather than something more serious. The most interesting thing that has come out of this exercise is that yesterday, approx. 50% of 5000/10000 sells happened in the first 30 minutes of trading and nearly all of them done by 10AM. An obvious tactic to scare people into parting with their shares!

Tyla, They are printed as sells but they aren't, well not all of them. These trades from yesterday actually worked out at at only £50k more buys than sells. Just about to post up some numbers shortly on another thread.

The placing from March was specifically for ramping up production for this winter in the event the trail was successful. The money was not just to fund production for the trials. This has been reiterated many times by RM in interviews and is spelt out in the placement RNS.

"£4 million for Manufacture of SNG001 drug product and other supply chain considerations."

Where they will need extra funding/partnership is to ramp up production to 100,000 doses per month for 2021. This was stated in recent RNS.

It's not a leak. We have had a big seller targeting the last 3 RNS's. They have stopped. Was always going to move up when they did.

Infoking, That is my thoughts as well. And the mm's/II seem to selling/targeting RNS releases preying on PI's that either haven't done the research and/or don't fully understand the rns contents, or are green/new to the stock market.

SO 4% drop yesterday with buys outweighing sells by £200k. A 6% drop today with buys outweighing sells by £350k.

While volume is good it looks as though there is a big sell order in that is dragging us down. Wonder who decided they would wait for an RNS to sell into? Hopefully they are finished soon or we get a TR1. On the plus side it does look as though these shares are being hoovered up by an II as well. While I may be overanalysing things it does make it easier to sit on my hands and focus on fundamentals.

Incidentally the delayed trades from yesterday that were printed today pretty much evened themselves out.

Rich someone is definitely buying. Once seller/s clear then we should see upward movement. Today most of the 5000/10000 selling happened in the first hour then slowed after that. Will update the numbers at the end of the day.

Rich, Looking at the trades so far reported today it looks as though they are still selling. £700k worth of round figure sells (5000/10000). £450k worth of buys.

Also from my calls buys outnumber sells today by 210000 shares as of 3pm

I will do the same again today. No point really until all trades are reported later today.

Dacorum, Most here who were in before 20th July have averages well below £1.10 so capital is preserved anyway. We also saw the share price drop from 70p to the low 30's so this is not new. The company has fundamentally derisked our investment further since 20th July. By selling now all anyone is doing will be reducing the multiples to be gained when this drug comes to market. Which it will. It might not be this month or even this year but it will be used in the future as a broad antiviral to treat COVID/COPD/ASTHMA and any other viral respiratory illnesses. IMO of course.

Forget the share price. 5% drop soon no volume is manipulation. Just focus on fundamentals.

A drug that works in the middle of a pandemic and the company stating it will be producing 100,000 doses per month!

J_cit, Agree. Crazy any PI would sell at these levels. Just sit and wait for the next rns. Eventually the price will rerate.

So a great day today with the RNS this morning and now a path forward to ensure COVID patients will receive SNG001 this winter. There is now no doubt of that. Really great work by Richard and the team at SNG with this partnership.

Whilst I was not overly surprised at the reaction of the share price due to the shenanigans of AIM, I decided that I would look at the trades for the day in more detail out of curiosity to see if the 4% drop was justified or not. So I went through the trades and adjusted the delayed trades to their appropriate buy/sell with the spread at their time of printing.

So approx £200k more buys today than sells. So not a massive difference but certainly the trading today did not justify a drop in share price. I am sure there will also be some more late reported trades from today that will show tomorrow so the difference could have larger still. We had approx £250k's worth report this afternoon from yesterday.

I also looked at the volumes of the larger round figure trades (5000/10000) as may be indication of II selling/buying.

So looks like we may still have someone selling down and also looks like a lot of PI's sold on the news or lost patience.
